Yesterday my Mother in Law and I went to Belforie and we each had the signature facials. I have not had a professional facial before and didn't know what results to expect. I had Erin and my Mother in Law had Jesse and when we were done we couldn't stop looking at each other and in the mirror!! I swear it took years off of us! Between three appointments, I just felt like every time coming here I left not completely happy. I got oversold on products, it took forever to do my appointment, they subtly hair-shamed my gray and postpartum hair and I believe that they charged me more than they said they would. I've been here twice and each time asked for a higher level of hair stylist but both were very beginner. The stylist was pleasant but the appointment setter said I would receive a higher level stylist as I requested but she was not as I can tell a rookie when I see one. I've been around the block and I've had many stylist cut my hair so I'm not easily bluffed. The aesthetics of the salon is nice and they bring you a drink of choice so for that effort I'll give it a 3 star. I paid too much for that level of cut and will not be returning. read more

But since a friend recommended, I decided to try it out and I'm so glad I did. Charity gave me the exact cut and color that I wanted! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she pulled through- cut, color, style and all. I was in TX on a girls trip and was wanting a transformation. It was Decemeber and with the holidays most places were all booked up. Thankfully Belfiore was able to get me in with Charity! If I lived closer Charity would be my hair person!! The conversation wasn't forced or uncomfortable, it was genuine and authentic! I showed her a picture of what cut I wanted and she delivered! Cannot say enough good things about this place! Go to Camille for an oxygen facial (seriously the best thing ever!) but also to get your lash extensions. I have tried a lot of lash girls but she is by far THE BEST! My lashes have soooo much volume and the glue she uses is top notch. I also got my hair cut by Charity earlier this week for the first time and I have NEVER gotten so many compliments! I told her to make me look like Selena Gomez and I dont think anyone else could have got the job done quite like she! lol! She styled my hair and took the time to teach me how to do it! Such a sweet girl! The vibe of the place is fantastic, and you are offered mimosas, wine, or cucumber water as soon as you walk through the door! I've been going through a rough time and the staff made me fell wonderful (like a princess) which was just what I needed. I cannot put into words how amazing and attentive they all were. First time going to a spa with a friend. We had facials and message appointments. Overall we was very pleased with everything and really enjoyed our time there. The facilities are beautiful and they really put you in a peaceful mindset.. only two complaints I have. was a couple of the ladies was a tiny bit unprofessional in their attitudes. And with the desk ladies we had been given 3 different prices and was told they would change it to our cheapest price but when it came time to check out we paid the more expensive one.. just an overall lack of communication from the front desk which was kind of frustrating.. overall though we enjoyed our visit and may go back again sometime. read more

My sweet fiancé booked me a spa date for my birthday and Belfiore Salon exceeded all spa expectations. I did the 90 minutes signature body treatment with massage with misty. She did an excellent and thorough job. 4 stars because I feel the front desk staff isn't very welcoming and as attentive. After checking in, I was walked into a changing area where I put my stuff in a locker and changed. The robes are nice and the sandals were nice and clean. I have had massages before but my experience with misty was by far the greatest. I was offered complimentary champagne/mimosas/tea at the end. I've tried Belfiore twice. The first time was a lot of fun because I went with several girlfriends. Having time to bond and drink wine makes for a great experience! The second time I went was for a "Me" day to get a pedicure, massage, and eyebrow wax (my usual three treatments when I hit spas). I have had pretty good massages there - no real complaints, but no real oohs and aahs either. The pedicure area is nice and soothing, but their pedicures just don't last for me. I know they are about the "natural" way, but I really DO want someone to scrub the fire out of my feet and use chemicals if needed to make them soft! They don't seem to believe in that at Belfiore. The reason I knocked this down to 2 stars came in the form of my eyebrow wax. It is obviously my own fault - when I walked into a room with someone who had DRAWN-ON eyebrows herself, I should have never laid down on that table! I was left with brown spots (burn marks?) and she didn't understand the way to properly shape at all. I really should have complained, but it just isn't my style. I won't return to Belfiore. I'm sure some have had great experiences - it is a nice building and atmosphere, but I think I'll continue my quest elsewhere. read more

I booked a 1 hour rendezvous massage for my wife and I. We had two separate massage therapists and both were fantastic. Truly near the best massages we have enjoyed, and we're not massage nubies to say the least. I subtracted a star because our package included champagne and chocolates. I asked in advance if they would get us sparkling cider instead of champagne and they agreed without any hesitation. When our massage was finished and I asked for the sparkling cider I was told, "no we don't do that...". This was disappointing to say the least and made me look somewhat foolish in front of my wife. Loved it. My dear awesome new husband bought me two gift cards for Christmas-- one for me and one for a friend for an hour long massage on our wedding day, New Year's Eve. Even made appointments for us! But I had to cancel because I was already all booked up with hair/makeup/etc on the day of. Finally, I had a chance to use it during spring break and it was fabulous. I booked a 90 minute massage with Beth. I have had many massages in my day (I previously had a massage envy membership) so I am not new to the massage thing. This was one of the best massages I've had in my day. She was sweet and talked when I wanted to but was aware when I wanted to be quiet. I had a few problem areas that she spent more time on and two days later, I do feel much better. She even gave me ideas for my problem areas and what I can do to try and help make them better between massages. The salon itself was fairly Rockwall nice. Think lots of browns. The entrance area is full of stuff to buy (inexpensive jewelry, hair products, clothes)-- but it's not only a day spa but a salon so I can see that would appeal to the salon customers. I can't say any of that detracted from my experience, but it wasn't as glamorous as other spas I've been to. It was a great experience. Nikki Arranda gave me some stunning highlights and the best scalp massage! Edgar Martinez did an amazing haircut and style, added on a scalp treatment, wow my hair looks amazing! I can't wait to visit all of our hair stylists and enjoy each of their fabulous services! On the nail salon side: I highly recommend the heal your heels pedicure by Lisa Webster! She did a wonderful job on my pedicure and foot/leg massage. Again, I am so impressed that I will be back to see all of the nail techs! The office manager was out so I left a copy of my credit card (yeah, I know........BIG MISTAKE) so she could call me regarding the procedure and financing. A few days later, I received credit card receipts in the mail for the procedure I never agreed to plus somebody else's receipts. Hello, identity theft?!? The office manager never called me, just charged my credit card. Took a few days before the charges were reversed. I ended up paying the finance charges rather then fighting with them again about their mistake. Did she really think I would use the 10% off coupon for messing with my credit card? =/ read more

I called in today for a last minute appt and they were able to accommodate me almost immediately. It was my second time here--I had been wanting to return for awhile. I got a facial from Tiffani. She did an excellent and thorough job. It was way more relaxing than I had anticipated--I fell into a light sleep while she was doing extractions! I've gotten facials before from other places and this was by far the most cleansing yet gentle one. And she gave helpful advice too. Already have a return appt with her. I also got a pedicure from Helena (sp?). It was an express one and seemed pretty good. The only part that wasn't relaxing was the pedicure chair. It wasn't as comfortable and the entire thing shook and vibrated loudly more than massaged--it took away from the experience a little (hence only 4 stars). I believe this is what it was called. 60 minute full body massage, 60 minute facial, mani, and pedi. I also had mimosas and lunch brought in from La Madeline.
