I had I had very blonde highlights and I wanted them toned to a golden blonde and root touchup. She said no problem.. She was talking to me in hairdresser language. She said I was a level 10 she was gonna pull me to a level 9 or 8.I left there with completely brown hair. I didn't ask for brown hair. I asked for golden blonde hair. they made me sign some paper just saying it was so they could treat me now I'm trying to get a refund because I didn't get anything. I wanted .even with going in a week early for a consult. They are extremely expensive and you sit across the table from other people not in the chair it's a very bizarre situation. I would not recommend the salon to anybody. I'm trying to get a refund but they say they don't offer and since I signed that paper they just want me to come in and have somebody else do my hair. I will never return to that salon to have anybody touch my hair.

Walked around any corner and there was someone who greeted you and to answer any questions or help you with any needs or even hand you a fresh smoothie. My service was great and my provider was amazing and listen to all of my needs. I have had a lot of broken bones so spas aren't always great for me. The spa itself was very clean. Loved the salt water pool indoors, so none of that chlorine I am going to pass out smell or feeling here. Wish they would update the shower curtains to something else. A little dated compared to everything else but that also could just be a me thing. Regardless 5 stars. Would 100 recommend if you are in Pinehurst. Thank you for making my mother in law feel so special for her big day.
