We called ahead to see if she could accommodate our group of 6, and she prepared the place for us. She was so gracious, kind and caring towards our group but most importantly, our friend. As a cancer survivor herself she had a lot of insight on what to expect when losing hair and offered some things to consider about the process (like how long it might take your hair to grow back - something I honestly hadn't even considered being so focused on treatment.) I found a wig I liked and she had it ordered in the color that suited me best. About a week later I was back in the office and she spent a good amount of time making sure I was comfortable putting it on and handling it properly. Also going over how to clean and care for it. Jan's knowledge and compassion is immeasurable and I feel so fortunate to have found her during my cancer journey.

I showed Casey a picture and she immediately began the process. Although I was there 3 hours, it did not feel like it. She was very efficient and we had a good amount of time chatting but also solo time.
