She was kind to him, talked to him and got the job done quickly. I would definitely return to see Naomi. I would give her 5 stars all day. Amy, the manager, cut my 5 year old son's hair. She was short tempered, obviously rushing, pushing his head from side to side and my son was crying as she shaved off his curls without picking through them first. I made several comments that he was crying and she showed no compassion, no effort to slow down, etc. When he repeatedly told her that it hurt, with tears in his eyes, she said: "Its matted under here, this is the best I can do" regarding my mixed-race son's tight coils. Yes, his coils do tangle and lock tightly together, but any decent stylist would pick through them and or wet his curls before cutting. Needless to say, she did a terrible job. She never asked if we liked the cut and never said anything to us after rushing him out of her chair. The cut was terrible. Her unpleasant demeanor was worse. I would HIGHLY recommend Naomi!! She was kind, professional, quick and personable to both my kids and myself. That being said, I would highly recommend Sport Clips review their employees from time to time - especially those in management.

A small complaint, but not enough to dock it a star, would be that there isn't a parking lot. I haven't had any trouble finding parking, but that might change in the winter when it is covered in snow. I like that there is online booking and pricing. Once booked, they send you reminder emails a few days before the appointment. Never had a bad experience with Megs or Aaron and enjoy their company while I'm there. Highly recommended.

I have also had great stylists in San Francisco who went on to do hair for the movie stars. I have also been to Cole's Salon in Savage, which was fine. Cole's styling is not quite as good as Moxie. I usually go to Moxie to repair bad hair cuts that I have received from other salons near Prior Lake. I live in Prior Lake and Moxie is a hike to get to but worth it. The QiQi is more natural and Moxie stopped doing QiQi because of supply chain issues, so I found Hollywood Hair Studios from the QiQi authorized dealer. Weini, the owner of Hollywood Hair Studios, is the best I have ever had to straighten my hair. Her flat iron skill is amazing. She is a total pro compared to the rest in hair straightening and blows away the competition. I have never had anyone more expert in hair straightening.
