Never happened like this before Extremely unprofessional experience. I arrived on time for my appointment and was left waiting for over 30 minutes with no communication. When I asked, I was told I could reschedule--as if my time didn't matter. The reason given was that a previous bridal appointment ran late. That is not the customer's responsibility. If schedules run behind, communicate and manage it properly. I had planned my day around this appointment, and this level of disregard is unacceptable. This reflects poor management and lack of respect for customers' time. Big salon chains may not care about individual experiences, but this should not be normalized.

I am temporarily in Prior Lake. I called ahead for a shampoo and blow dry. I've been very, thus hard to do. The woman was very nice and put me down for shampoo. 30 minutes later, the nice woman had vanished. I was called and asked, twice, how much take off? I explained wanted a shampoo. She pointed to down and said "it busy, we have to wait" I say fine, while WE WAIT I will use the restroom. I returned in 3 minutes to find my stylist replaced me and was cutting a man's hair ( he is NOT going to be happy) I confronted her, then told only person not busy what had just happened. I AM SO SOORY FOR THIS ACCENT, BUT ITS TRUE..the stylist started yelling "she go bathroom! She go bathroom" They were so busy, they were moving me to the END if the line. Remember we agreed it would be a wait and she was fine when I said I'm using the bathroom? I walked out. I dont trist haircuts, and now I can't even get a shampoo. I would recommend not going. If you have to, middle of day on Wednesday or Thursday.
