Never happened like this before Extremely unprofessional experience. I arrived on time for my appointment and was left waiting for over 30 minutes with no communication. When I asked, I was told I could reschedule--as if my time didn't matter. The reason given was that a previous bridal appointment ran late. That is not the customer's responsibility. If schedules run behind, communicate and manage it properly. I had planned my day around this appointment, and this level of disregard is unacceptable. This reflects poor management and lack of respect for customers' time. Big salon chains may not care about individual experiences, but this should not be normalized.

I've been going to Sheena for at least the past 4 years, and every time I go, she delivers. Brixton Hue was very accommodating as they let our makeup artist come in and take up two stations so our hair and makeup could be done by a certain time. A few of us were a little bummed that our curls didn't hold but pretty sure it was because of the extreme humidity from that day plus a little rain. I ended up re-curling parts of my hair in the afternoon before the ceremony. I had also had a few prior appointments here to have highlights done and of course my bridal hair trial. Each time I saw a different stylist and they are all such wonderful ladies! I truly felt relaxed and welcomed each time. I loved going to get my hair done! One note of improvement would be being able to receive a printed or digital receipt with itemized charges. I felt confused on what I was paying sometimes and then a second charge was from my tip each time. Wish their systems could be combined so there's one charge and an easy way to access my receipt as their prices online are pretty vague.
