The owner is an Anti-Semite. I am truly disturbed by an encounter with the stylist Mel, who is the owner of Brixton Hue. She is anti-semetic who clearly has a dislike for Jewish people. She was telling me a story about an encounter that she had with her client and when speaking about her she finished the story off with a negative connotation by saying "oh, she was a Jew!" This is so wrong for so many reasons that I felt compelled to post this. I feel that anyone who attends this salon must know about this and should draw their own conclusions about this salon and the owner. It is hurtful and is a really hostile thing to say and is Anti-Semitism at its finest. I would hate to hear what else she has to say about other customers behind their backs. So upset about this comment and can't believe comments like this are being made in the year 2020 and I cannot believe that comments like this are being thrown around like this. So then when I went to my normal stylist in Minneapolis (we moved and B&S was much closer to new home) she agreed that the process completed on my hair was incorrect for my request via photos that I showed. When I spoke with the hair manager Allie she informed me that I "voided the warranty" by not coming back for a THIRD time to have them fix it, even though I no longer trusted their services. Very very disappointed and would not recommend hair services here to anyone. Very sad as my family has always had great interactions for the last 15 years. Poor customer service and accountability.
