It was easy to book an appointment online and my stylist Yoki was very responsive. I was very excited to visit. When I entered the shop I was immediately greeted warmly and with respect. Yoki carefully listed to my requests for my hair during the consultation and then I was directed to get my hair washed. The wash was very nice and gentle and relaxing with a gentle head massage.
