I heatedly told her my car was inside the lines and to relax. She kept badgering me as I was retrieving my infant in her car seat and my son was being ushered into urgent care next door for potential broken bones. She literally watched me go into urgent care AND STILL had the nerve to key my car for DOING NOTHING WRONG. At the end of the day, she had no reason to get out of her salon to even speak to me. She doesn't own the space. I even explained to her that if that space was hers she could say something, but since she didn't it was none of her business! I would send a pox on her shop, Déjà vu Hair & Spa, but I guess the world is already doing that for her, as she has bad reviews on google and no customers in her shop.

I kindly pointed this out to her, but she acted personally offended and refused to change anything. She said the color would come out more after a few washes. So per her recommendation, I was patient and hoped there would be more color after a few washes. At one point, she spilled a blob of hair dye on my head and I had to point it out to her so that I wouldn't have a weird giant blonde spot in my hair. She video records all of her appointments so all of this is documented. Of course, my hair color never changed, so I emailed her to discuss my concerns. She emailed back once and has ignored me ever since. My boyfriend called on my behalf after the salon ignored me. They never called him back either. I figured that if she didn't respond to my concerns while I was in the salon, or after I emailed, or after a phone call, maybe I should leave a review documenting my experience. But she was extremely rude about it and it's extremely rude about the fact that I had two other panic attacks while at the salon. She did not give me what I asked for and when I asked her to please redo it she said that I would have to pay cash before the services again because I was difficult again because of my panic attacks. After I told her that it was her mistake and that she should fix it, she told me I was crazy told me that I needed to take my meds and if I have problems. I even asked if there was anybody else who work there that I could go to because I just didn't want her to touch my hair anymore and I even offered to pay for services as lo ng as somebody else fix my hair. So upset. I went on my lunch break. I didn't think it would take over 1.5 hours just for my nails…read more I didn't want to have nails added because I type so they suggested Dip. I was excited. The lady begin to work on my nails and she was using the brush. I asked ma'am I wanted the dip nails and she said it was the same thing... the price cost the same as the powder fill in so I just let her finish. WRONG. My nails came out horrible and she took so long I didn't even have time to have her fix them. Brand new set that looks awful. They're not filed down smoothly, some are crooked, some go past the cuticle others far away from it. Some have the color buffed right off on the edges. Some have the color going under the tip of my nail in a huge blob that they couldn't really drill off. She said to come back so she can fix them. I'll be back Monday or Tuesday. That really sucks though because I have to go the whole weekend with some horribly, ugly looking nails. I was so excited because the nail tech Cindy showed me all the pictures of the nails she had done and then I was let down. I kept saying I had to go back to work and she was moving sooooooo slow. If only the final product reflected her speed of service. I would have been more grateful if my nails looked as amazing as I thought they would for the time it took and for as slow as she was going. Will update this review after she fixes my nails. Until then 1 star for their customer service. They were at least nice UPDATE: I wound up going back the following Tuesday for the lady to fix my nails. She had to redo them all. I was like yes finally and was waiting to update my review.
