After that, I scheduled an appointment for early March, but due to my work schedule (I work full-time), I had to reschedule to March 27th. My husband and I both took time off work and made the necessary arrangements to be there. When we arrived for our appointment, the stylist was not there. We were greeted by another woman and a small child, who informed us that the stylist might have been sick or was not working that day. While I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen, what was extremely frustrating was the complete lack of communication. I never received a call, text, or email notifying me that my appointment would be canceled or that she was unavailable--only confirmation messages reminding me to show up. This is now the second time I've come to this location without receiving a service, which ultimately wasted both my time and my husband's time, as we both had to adjust our work schedules. The lack of professionalism and communication made this a very negative experience overall. I truly value clear communication, especially when clients are taking time off work and trusting someone with a service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return.
