Not ideal to sit around, but we were tired after a duke tour so fine to just sit around and rest. My daughter also walked around the shopping center for a bit while I got my hair done. Morgyn did a great job, although took a little longer for her to get our unruly locks straight in comparison to our blowout bar at home. I do think back at home they are just used to our hair and we are usually in and out in 25-30 minutes. This took a full 45 minutes. However, the finished product for both of us was great and many days later it still looked great even with all the heat and humidity. We try to rock those blowouts for as long as possible (thank you dry shampoo!) and this held up to the test!

The receptionist called and told me that I had to pay full price which is $270. She said that Mary Lea didn't have any more appointments but I guess I would have had to pay another $270 if she reschedule me anyway. I am in tears. I had taken my daughter to Colleen for quite a while years ago and really liked her and she did a great job. This appointment was with Mary Lea. I can't get my hair cut or colored at this point because I just gave them $270. Please be careful. I will never go her again. Obviously.
