I never received any type of callous removal, or dry skin exfoliation. I left with my feet feeling the way when I walked in. He did provide cuticle trimming and removed my gel nicely. The massage was abysmal - with a too nonchalant pressure and technique. Had I not been in a time crunch, I would've requested a new tech. I asked for a simple flower to be painted in orange on my big toes, with a blue base. My tech went and recruited a gal to come and do the design. I am shocked with what I left with, as it is not what I asked for, and a bit disappointing. Once again I was in a time crunch, and I had already asked her to make it bigger once. Please look at the image I was given. In addition to the basic design not being what I wanted (just tell me no next time if it can't be done) my gel is flooded to the cuticle on both big toes and will likely lift well before the 2 week mark. I would not expect this type of pedicure for $74. I left paying $90 for a pretty bad pedicure and meh design. Had I known the quality of work here, I would've done the cheapest pedicure and no design.
