went to get a curly cut after years of growing it out. was nervous going to my first professional curly hair cut in years but Jeanette was everything I ever hoped for. Everything was a 10/10: the service, the staff, the environment and the vibes!!! I went to her for both a cut and a gloss and my hair is just amazing. Never thought my hair could look like this. Not only did she provide me with an amazing look, she gave me tips down to the importance of consuming vitamins and nutrients to grow my hair down to how to re create the routine she did on my hair. I have been getting my hair done by Jeannette for over 2 years now. When I first came I needed my hair brought back to my natural color and every other place I went told me it would be a lengthy "expensive" process that would take months to accomplish. I requested calico style hair with 18 inch human extensions. I did not want to have to bleach my hair. Miette made sure to take all my concerns into consideration and was able to deliver the hair I wanted. Miette was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, fun, she made me feel seen & heard. This appointment took about 4 hours which is to be expected ( I have 3 different colors on my head , plus cut/shampoo/styling). I love the results!!The prices are fair and competitive for the service. 10/10 recommend this salon and specifically Miette! Miette was fabulous and so kind. I went in for a root touch up as I am not a natural blonde. I was showing her pictures of what I wanted and trying to explain what I usually get done as I am new to the area. She was so helpful in answering all of my questions so that we could achieve the result I wanted. I ended up getting highlights and lowlights and she matches the color perfectly!
