She goes to the system and sees that my appointment was there and begins to ask me when I made the appt as if she's trying to say I did something wrong by making the appointment today. But she still decided to take the other client and didn't offer me any alternative except to come back on Monday. Today is Friday. They take walk ins so she could have offered some kind of alternative. Maybe to fit me in some time tomorrow, if not today. But she kind of just said come back Monday or that's it. Never again.
