My hair is one inch past my shoulders, if you want to charge me extra because it's "so long and thick" that's no problem but you should definitely inform your client before the service that you are charging them so much extra. It was at that point I was told that since it was a controlled substance I would need a new prescription. My complaint is that when I picked up the partial I could have been told that I would need a new prescription and a special code that enabled them to fill 3 months. I feel that this is poor customer service that needs to be addressed.
