I booked an appointment online for a full balayage/ long hair and was quoted a price. My stylist, Carly, reached out to request a photo of my hair so that she was prepared and moved up my appointment an hour earlier to ensure we had enough time. I also provided a photo of the look I had done previously so she'd know exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived, I was greeted by Carly and she was super friendly. The salon looks like a house on the outside but the inside was transformed. The interior is super cute. It's well kept, bright and stylish. The other stylists were so friendly and welcoming. Before the magic began, Carly advised me that my service would actually end up being around $150 more than I was quoted due to the length of hair I have and the product needed. This was definitely disappointing. I expected a variance but not something so drastic, as I booked the service for long hair to begin with. I opted for the partial balayage and it was still more than quoted and over my anticipated budget. That was the only disappointment I had. Other than that, Carly was very professional and she did beautiful work. My hair was the exact shade I was looking for. It was very natural looking. Carly provided information on when to have my look touched up and sent me home with samples of their amazing smelling shampoo and conditioner. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome. I'd recommend Carly. She did a great job and was fun to talk to!

I recently moved to Orange County and in June 2018, I figured I'd give Tiffany a try. I'm pretty laid back and had zero expectations because after 8 years... no one gave me a "Wow" haircut. I showed Tiffany a picture of the cut I wanted and she nailed it! Wow! She probably cut 12+ inches off and not once did she tell me I shouldn't. She was very polite, friendly and attentive! I went back and saw Tiffany this day weekend for haircut #2! I hope this is the beginning of a beautiful new stylist relationship! Can't wait to see her coloring skills. My hair had been breaking too because of chemical poisoning (arsenic) from the last stylist in Italy so I was terrified to have someone else do it. Long story short it was the softest my hair had been, almost like I'm now a baby again. Didn't question it since she said she was from a very famous high end salon close to NYC and had been a stylist since 2009. The end shape was kinda like the photos so I didn't say anything at the time. The next night after I washed my hair I noticed a section of hair that was longer than it should have been. Brushed it off but then kept thinking how the stylist never checked to make sure her cuts/layers were even. Checked to see if things were even tonight and was horrified. The front of the cut is definitely not even. Can't speak to the back since that's not easy for me to see. When I got there I was super impressed. The studio has a great decor and a cozy charm. Upon arriving I was greeted by the owner Tina who welcomed me in, introduced herself and offered me a cup of coffee. I knew instantly that I was going to have a good experience there. I was right. Donna did an excellent job on my color and cut and was great to chat with. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is inviting and the owner and staff make you feel right at home.
