I was forced to listen to thirst trap metal with bands such as Sleep Token, which has very explicit lyrics. I am terribly upset that I have to rewrite my original review and defend myself because the salon resorted to personal attacks rather than taking accountability for their staff. False Statements about your customers is not a professional approach for a business in 2026. ​I came in for a professional pastel pink hair service, which I did not receive. Instead, I left with hot magenta hair and dye stains all over my scalp that the salon refused to fix. Deflecting from a lack of technical skill by professing untrue claims about a customer's conduct is unprofessional. I stand by my original review: the color was wrong, the application was messy, and the management's response is unacceptable. I felt forced to only talk about inappropriate topics with my stylist because that was the only way she would talk to me. I would encourage any reader to steer clear of this salon.

Then she said thank you as if she was done. When I asked her about the hot stones, she said they dont come with this pedicure... when I asked to see the menu again, she tried to point to the more expensive one saying that one came with it.
