Unfortunately, I believe the medical practice over books appointments because the wait time is excessive. I don't think there are many or any dermatology emergencies that need attention before seeing a scheduled patient so there is no excuse for long waits. Waiting 30 minutes is not unusual and if one calls in advance to check if they are running behind, the scheduler is less than helpful. If the patient is over 15 minutes late, they won't be seen and a late/no show fee is billed, but if the practice runs over 15 minutes late, that's ok.

That's 6 coats just of color, 8 total. The nail designs were juvenile very disappointing almost embarrassing to wear. Basic pedi and Nail tips for my daughter. Instead they gave her full sets acrylic nails. They lied about charges upfront. It was over $300. Worst part it took 4 months for our nails to recover from the damage done by their Gel nail products! They'll also try to use as many people possible so you'll tip everyone. We're NOT going back!
