Not only is Shon great at customer service, she's quick with the wrist which is a great thing whenever receiving a this hair removal service. The service room is cute, always smelled clean and set to a comfortable temperature. Never did I think I'd say I can't wait to go back to a sugaring place, but Shon is great at what she does. My favorite and only clinician I use is Sonya! She is super professional, always on point and will have you laughing (to distract you from the pain of course)! LOL.
