I called Robert and he gave me a quote upfront and set up an appointment for me to get my car towed the next day, first thing in the morning. It was not an easy extraction. We were told one thing and then faced excessive fees just to retrieve our vehicle, with policies that felt designed to make the process as difficult as possible. The lack of clear explanations and the overall attitude we encountered came across as apathetic, dismissive, and interruptive. We ultimately had to arrange our own tow, and even the experienced tow driver who picked up our vehicle mentioned that this company has a poor local reputation. That alone speaks volumes.
