They refused to refund or remake the food even though it was THEIR mistake. DoorDash also refused to refund for seemingly no reason. Was coming here for food basically once a week and now won't go again. Terrible customer service.

I honestly thought they closed at 11:00, but they actually close at 10:30, and I walked in at around 10:25 without calling ahead. I fully expected them to tell me the kitchen was closed, but instead, they were incredibly kind and patient, and they were willing to wait while I figured out what I wanted to order. Because it was so close to closing time, I assumed I would probably be getting whatever food was already prepared. However, it seemed like they were actually cooking everything fresh. I ordered three different specialty items, and when I saw that my total was less than $12, I genuinely thought they had charged me incorrectly. I even brought the receipt back inside to double-check! At that point, my expectations were honestly pretty low. Then I got home, opened the containers, and was completely surprised. The food looked fresh and delicious, it was not greasy at all, and the portions were huge. I had enough food to last me several meals. Then I tasted it, and I could not believe how good it was. Hands down, this is the best Chinese food I have had anywhere in this area so far. I have not tried every Chinese restaurant around, but out of all the places I have eaten, this one is by far my favorite. The service, prices, portions, freshness, and flavor all went far beyond my expectations.
