She has experienced staff who know NV statues and insurance law well and how to deal with the insurance companies. She secured me a settlement I wasn't expecting and I walked away with cash even after paying her fee and my medical bills. Her fee is average and she doesn't take advantage of you. I had a pretty bad accident in 2020, where a driver ran a red light and t-boned me. My car was totaled and I was sent on scene to the hospital. Fortunately, I knew who to go with because a similar accident happen two years prior where another driver ran through a red right into me. Hale Injury is the best when it comes to getting you back on your feet and properly compensated! Leila and the staff got right to work on my case and I knew I was in good hands from day one. They had a case manager come to my house since my car was totaled and even offered to give me a ride to the hospital the day after for a check up. They had me set up with some great doctors who helped greatly throughout the healing process. Dr. Gross was really helpful and thorough. He cared about getting me back to health and was attentive to my pain. I have so many good things to say about this firm and feel like I couldn't have made a better choice when choosing who to go with to take on my case! I'm not the kind of person who remembers to leave good reviews. In fact, I'm the kind of customer that is more likely to complain about something things than to remember to give praise. I think most people think the way I do. But I honestly can't complain about Hale Injury Law. I have to admit I was a little concerned after resting some reviews, but because I was referred by a good friend who had gone to Hale Injury Law for an accident few years ago, I decided to at least meet with them to see how I felt personally. From the first time I spoke with anyone from the office I was shown courtesy and given the attention I needed and more importantly the information I needed to feel confident in their services. I first spoke with Ms. Hale over the phone. Then she met with me at the office. Everyone on the staff gave me the attention a needed to feel like I understood the process and that my questions and concerns were important to them. When you walk in the office you feel like you're walking a VIP. It's modern, sleek, and looks straight out of the show suits. I told the attorney that and she laughed because she said she hadn't seen that show, but had heard the same thing a few times already. My case manager was so caring and compassionate. Really one of the reasons I loved working with them so much. She was always empathetic and helped me understand what I might expect next. I typically use this app to review other user's experiences before I patronize a business but I need to share my experience with this firm so here goes Yelp review #1! :) Simply put this law office is amazing! On my way to work in December, 2014 I was involved in 4-car automobile accident which was not my fault. This accident caused significant damage to my lower back which needed immediate attention. Not only did Leila and her team quickly get me into a rental car and started the repair process on my vehicle but they also found me a very good chiropractor near my work to make my treatment go as easy as possible. Given the nature of my injury, I was referred to a spinal surgeon and a pain management doctor who worked together on a specialized treatment program which allowed me to avoid surgery and relive the majority of the daily pain I was feeling. During the treatment process Leila and her team worked with all 4 insurance companies involved in my case and I was awarded a insurance settlement that was significantly higher than I expected in just over 8 months. Most importantly Leila and her team took care of me from day one and treated me as if I was their only client. Leila made herself available any time I needed to talk to her and discuss my case and I will forever be grateful for the time and attention her and her team provided me. I don't as told by others that it could take up to 18 months and yesterday which was just under 13mo I received my settlement;) Leila's bilingual team was on top of my case from the start. Jill negotiated with the insurance companies and found a loop hole to get an extra $25k in coverage and Jennifer was able to get a 66% decrease on my hospital bills. There office is conveniently located and you get a very warm feeling from Leila and her staff that you will not be taken advantage of. I got lucky when I decided on Hale Injury Law! There is so much propaganda out there with these billboard guys, that it's nice to meet a real, down to earth attorney. This firm was a gem! I had an accident in December 2017 at the intersection of Eastern and St. Rose Parkway. The other driver admitted she was at fault exchanged information and insurance. But then she decided to tell her insurance a different story. My case manager, Vanessa, explained that it would take longer than it normally does to have liability accepted, and that if the at fault insurance didn't with the letters they sent, she explained they would have to file suit. I was lucky and they did accept liability, but I was told that sometimes it can take months. So I can see why some people might blame it on their attorney when they find out they didn't purchase the right insurance coverage. I just got lucky and the attorney even explained what I should look for in insurance for the future. She said she didn't want me to be in another accident, but if I was, she'd rest easier knowing I was covered by adequate auto insurance. The next day, I had my chiropractor appointment because of the neck pain and headaches I was suffering from. A friend of mine recommended I call Attorney Hale, and still had the cell phone number of his case manager Vanessa, so I actually texted her a message first instead of calling the office number. They have all been really amazing from the very first time I reached out to them. I felt the real caring and understanding from the staff from the beginning. First off I'd like to say that I don't write reviews very often, in fact its very rare but I was so unhappy with the level of customer service that was given to me that I felt I had to write about my experience so that other people would not make the same mistake I made by hiring Hale Injury Law. I was involved in an automobile accident a few months back and a friend of mine referred me to Hale Injury Law because his girlfriend's brother worked there. Hale Injury Law promised to provide me with great legal representation and told me that it was gonna be an open and shut case because I had been T-Boned in an intersection and I was also not at fault. After about two weeks I started to get a bad feeling about the way things were going because when I would try to follow up I would always speak to a different person and would be told that I would get a call back and that would never happen. One time I spoke with a receptionist that was extremely rude and short with me and the next time I spoke to a gentleman named Hellder or Frank, I can't remember which one happened which time because like I said I got passed around like and old t-shirt. The only times that I actually got some service was when they needed me to come in to sign some sort of document or give a release of information but other than that when I wanted to be informed about the way things were going periodically like any client would, I would get brushed off or given the promise of a quick return phone call. From the very beginning I was told like I said that this would be a very good case to win and represent but when it was all said and done I ended up owing more than I got. They charged me for everything and kept telling me that it would have been a lot more had they not credited me for all the service they did for me for free. I was so upset with the way I was treated that I just paid what I owed and went on my way. Later on in doubt I went with my case to Naqvi Injury Law and they were able to reopen my case and do some follow ups that I thought had been done but in the end my suspicions were right and Hale Injury Law had done nothing for me but waste my time and take my money!! Never go to Hale Injury Law they are liars and they don't know how to treat their clients read more
