When I found out the documents I paid them to send, did not send and returned to the store less than 10 minutes later, my documents mysteriously went through on the first try and I was charged a second time, so I paid $6 total to fax 3 pages and had to deal with the hassle of coming back because it wasn't done right. I was trying to find out if they could print the size sign I wanted and on the material I needed, and how much it would cost if I provided camera ready artwork. However, since I didn't know what I was going to print on the sign at this point, the gentleman that helped me was extremely rude to me and told me to call another sign company. Apparently you aren't able to get a quote for a sign from this company. I'd stay away from this business and use Davenport Printing as that's who he refers potential business.

She told me we could wait for the designer to be done with another customer so I could talk to her. The other customer started looking at some samples so the designer decided to take a quick look at my design. She was very nice, looked at my design and came back with a printed sample. I had one more question before heading out with what i thought would be a smile on my face. I then asked which of the 3 types of paper I had selected would be her recommendation. As she was answering my question, another lady in the back (probably a manager) came out of her office and started talking with an incredibly rude tone. She told me that -these- things take a very long time and that the other lady had made an appointment. She said I should've made and appointment. I was incredibly embarrassed and the other customer looked very uncomfortable as well. She kept saying it was okay. I have never felt so embarrassed... Needless to say, I won't be printing any save the dates, wedding invitations, wedding programs, bachelorette invitations or thank you cards here. I would not recommend this place.
