I thought I would rather have a local company get my business so I went over and talked to Jeremy at Signs Now. I have had Jeremy do some work for me in the past and even though he always seemed to follow his own time line, he had in the past got the work completed. I explained to Jeremy exactly what I need with the odd size and what I wanted and the time frame that I would need the work completed by. He said he could do it but wanted a couple of extra days to complete it. I agreed. The next day I sent over the proof and the whole layout I wanted along with the size, just to make sure he knew. For this particular piece I had to prepay the postage in the amount of $150 to do what I wanted to get done. A couple of days later I sent an email reminding Jeremy that I had to have them on a certain date which was what he agreed to or I would be out my money for the mailing. I also called and left a message and received no response either way. The day before I called again and no response. On the day of I went into his office and he wouldn't even come out and talk to me. One of his employees said they would call me back. Later that day the employee called me and said they couldn't do it. I asked to talk to Jeremy but he wouldn't even talk to me. Now I am out $150 and to this day I have still not herd a word from Jeremy. My suggestion, have a 10-year-old kid draw whatever you want and hope it falls out of the sky. You probably have a better chance of getting what you need. I would give 0 stars if I could.

She called back in 20 minutes and said he would come to take a look at the unit within the next 2 hours. He came in 1 1/2 hours, tried restarting the refrigerator but it only ran for a few minutes; he had checked on electronic board availability and they are no longer stocked by the company. . He measured my refrigerator, gave me a suggestion when I asked, where to go to buy a new one. I thought he was highly responsive, polite, helpful even if he could not repair the unit.

He…read morereplaced the screen, and we made arrangements to replace the back after a replacement was ordered. After the back arrived a couple days later, he reached out and made an appointment. He actually showed up on a Saturday morning to make the second repair. Both times he came to my house. He completed the repairs in just a few minutes. His communication was excellent and I felt that the cost was very reasonable, especially for both repairs being a house call. I highly recommend him for repairs! The first repair was under the insurance on my phone as he does repairs in my area under Asurion. The second repair was out of pocket as it wasn't covered. It was a huge savings over the about $250 to replace my phone. Also, I didn't have to drive anywhere and drop my phone off, plus I didn't have to go through all the time and hassle of moving all my data and settings into a new phone.

I went in to see it and they had pieces of my dress stuffed into a small plasic bag and stapled shut. There was a rip in the dress, and a button and flowers all hanging by threads. The dress is still dirty and they told me they thought maybe they could make it cleaner but more of the dress would fall apart. They refuse to pay to repair the dress AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME FOR THE CLEANING!!!! I have been round and round with them, lying, telling me it was not their fault, telling me my dress was ripped when I brought it in, telling me the dress was cheaply made....but never once telling me they were sorry that I brought my dress i,n in 1 piece, and I'm going to have to PAY to take it home in SEVERAL pieces

I wouldn't return.
