Okay I understand that. But don't have one employee say they can make copies for me and the other tell me no. The same lady who told me no was also the same lady who took 10 minutes to copy something out of a magazine-which I'm sure is copyrighted-for someone else. Never going back here again. Employee was older and very rude.

They had a letterpress in the back of the store which the owner uses to design custom stationery and wedding invitations. They also sell some of the cards that they design. The employee who greeted me was extremely friendly and I could tell she loved working there. The store was a little hard to find because it's set back from the street farther than the other shops on the street but it's well worth the trip. I can't wait for my next visit.

Poor Quality and Customer Service…read more I contacted CopyWorks in Cedar Rapids for a 16x20 photo print for my father's funeral. I emailed the image, and they confirmed it was good quality for printing. When I picked it up, my mom immediately noticed my dad's face looked extremely red compared to the original. When I asked for help, I was told it looked fine and that the graphic designer was out for the weekend, so nothing could be done before the Monday funeral. They suggested I try CVS or Walgreens, yet still expected me to pay for their incorrect print. After pleading, they only gave me a 20% discount. Thankfully, Walgreens printed it correctly, and Hobby Lobby framed it quickly and beautifully. I would not recommend CopyWorks for anything, especially when quality and empathy matter.

When I found out the documents I paid them to send, did not send and returned to the store less than 10 minutes later, my documents mysteriously went through on the first try and I was charged a second time, so I paid $6 total to fax 3 pages and had to deal with the hassle of coming back because it wasn't done right. I wouldn't return.
