Getting my head spritzed with aftershave at the end and having a little bit of weepers afterwards was the coup de grâce. I might come back, but there will be no "come at me bro" with a shavette anytime soon. And I know how to shave, I shave my own head and/or face with a miraki shavette and MÜHLE double edge safety razor frequently. I came in to get a few auburn streaks put into my blonde hair. I've had similar hair colors put into my prior to, so I know this is absolutely possible. I was NOT told by Misty, a woman who works there that the red/brown she applied would bleed till after she was washing my hair. I also was NOT told that they would need to add multiple colors to my hair and need to pay more $ because if this was the case I would have NEVER gotten my hair done in the first place! A client should be told these things prior to doing any sort of service on a customer. Not a "Oops! Your hair is kind of fuck now sweetie." type of attitude. When I previously had some streaks put in a few years back, they were able to give me a few streaks. They added a thick conditioner to my blonde so it would not bleed when the streaks were being washed through. Right now I am no longer a blonde or a blonde with a few streaks. I am a red head. I look like a popsicle. The woman I went to Misty said she "guarantees" her work. No. this was not the case. "Guaranteeing" doesn't mean charging me $ a second time to get my hair redone. This is absolutely and completely ridiculous. I asked for a partial refund of this horrible job so I can try to get it fixed elsewhere, but it was a dead end. I'm quite shocked at how completely horrible my hair turned out and the lack of support given at this salon.
