Clearly the gyro came from a box was not your typical shaved gyro. Rice had an unusual taste to it not sure if it was an odd spice that was added. My friend ordered the wings but said they had a funny slimy texture so she couldn't finish them. She did like the gyozas though. I found out through one of my social media feeds that Harvey's had a burger deal. You had a choice between getting the original or veggie burger through the Harvey's app for $1.65. I love a good deal. I used the app for the first time to order my original burger and customize it. I like that Harvey's has garlic mayo and a ton of veggies. I wanted to use my Scene points. I needed to order a minimum of $5 to be able to use them. I got a regular orange cream shake, which got me to this minimum. It was nice using my points and paying just over $1 for my order. I drove southbound on Markham Road and turned right to get to Harvey's. I was greeted by a seagull and two Canadian geese. All were looking for food. I was, too! At the order area, I spoke with a helpful woman. I indicated that I had a order. She found my name on the order and said that I could pull up to the window. The woman was great. She handed my shake and small paper bag with my burger. I thanked her and drove home. I had the shake on my way home. I do appreciate that the top was sealed with a couple of sticky labels. However, taking it off was a challenge. You do need to make sure that you're not sucking down remnants of these labels. I loved the shake. It was like a mild orange version of a creamsicle.
