The staff are really helpful and efficient and they always look really well turned out. The branch is not tiny but it is also not one of the biggest ones and I think there are only four counters, although there are a couple of paying in machines and a cash machine as well as two outside the branch. They are open on Saturday mornings which is good, but it is not really a good time to visit as it gets really busy and the queue is often quite long if you need counter service. I have always found Nationwide Building Society to be one of the best and this branch does the job nicely.

There are quite a few cashier stations, and they are mostly fully staffed, so even though there are queues, they move quite quickly. The staff are mostly professional and efficient, although a few of them seem quite aloof (this is possibly because it's been very busy in there when I've been in). When I needed to speak to an advisor I was able to see someone the same day, but they were prepared to make an advance appointment if necessary, and I only had to wait about 5 minutes. The advisor I dealt with was professional, friendly and helpful, and the problem was dealt with to my satisfaction.

You can do everything at this little branch you do at any regular branch, just with friendlier faces who are more likely to remember you next time you pop in!
