The inside of the home is very updated and well maintained with contemporary decor all throughout. The chapel did not reek of any odors. The chapel was very well maintained, bright and uplifting lightening and plenty of sitting available. As you go near the restrooms they have pictures with scriptures for grieving. And beverages in the mini fridge. The floral arrangements was simply amazing, and we were pleased with the florist that they are contracted with, as our flowers continue to bloom and not wilter. Throughout the whole service, Matt was very respectful and handled the service with great diligence and did not rush us out. He made sure our guests were comfortable and even offered beverages etc, before the service and always asked my family member questions and repectfully reminded us of our itinerary without being pushy. The second part of the service, was at our final destination, in which we had a nice canopy, privacy screen, and a nice seating arrangement everything was just amazing and a beautiful homecoming service for my family member. 5+ stars on everything and I highly recommend this place.

Two of them failed to disclose all their fees until I asked additional questions (based on my research), one of them was double the price of the other three, and the fourth one was Direct Cremation Services. I met with a gentleman named Kip, who didn't try to upsell me, and gave me a package that met my requests. The costs were significantly lower than the other three places. He assured me that Direct Cremation Services would take care of everything, and explained both the logistical process and the paperwork/payment process. When my mother passed away, on a weekend, Kip returned my (notification) call, emailed me the link to take care of the documents, and immediately send his team out to transport my mother's remains. He told me the paperwork could wait until Monday. Thereafter, everything went as promised, and I picked up my mother's "cremains" yesterday. An unbelievably smooth process during a difficult time. I can't recommend this place enough.

This isn't a review I want to write, but these folks really went above and beyond…read more Unfortunately, I delivered a stillborn baby at 8 months. From the moment I was told, "There is no heartbeat," I had a million decisions to make. Funeral Choices made that so much easier. I knew I wanted my baby to be cremated, so I could bring him home. It wasn't expensive and Tom, the director, personally handled my son. He referred to him by name and was very sensitive and caring to me and my husband. I even got to see my baby prior to cremation. He was laid upon a table in a nice room. I'd requested that his blanket be wrapped around him for the viewing. He looked like an angel and it's how I'll always remember my little guy. We were allowed to spend lots of time with him and no one ever interrupted or rushed us out. I hope that no one has to go through what I did, but if you do, please know that when it comes to cremation, this is where you want to go. Everyone I encountered was kind and thoughtful. That means a lot at a time like this.

The Funeral Director, Matthew Shehan, was nothing less than perfect in his work ethic, professionalism and compassion in assisting our family with the details in the handling of Bonnie's funeral arrangements. At first we weren't sure that we were going to have an open casket because we didn't think that she would look like herself but Matthew assured us that he would be able to and he did. We were able to find and compile many photos of Bonnie and sent them to Matthew. By the next day he was able to get them processed into a memorial DVD to be played at the planned memorial service. The DVD photo montage was very professional and tastefully produced. He also chose the perfect photos to use for bookmarks and programs and those turned out beautiful as well.
