He has a huge amount of experience and certifications, which is absolutely what you want to see from a medical professional. The office is comfortable and is really great about scheduling as well. I have never had a problem finding an appointment. They really work with patients and understand peoples' scheduling demands. I like that there is a cozy feel to the place as well. I then spoke with Kathy, the office manager, and she was nothing but rude, condescending, dismissive and had an excuse for every short coming on the offices behalf. Never an apology or even acknowledgment just trying to pass blame. I would advise to stay away from this practice, they are very unorganized and try their best to pinch every penny they can out of each client.

We returned to Dr. Hale after my mother underwent a second back surgery that left her in severe…read morepain and struggling to walk. Because he had done her original fusion and had such a strong reputation, we trusted him to give us an honest assessment. I brought her most recent CT and MRI scans, along with lab results showing a GFR of 17--the morning of that second surgery--indicating she was not an appropriate surgical candidate at the time. I also presented the report showing that a Coflex device had been used directly above a prior fusion, something that multiple sources list as contraindicated. Dr. Hale spent only a few minutes with her, glanced at the scans, and said everything looked fine. He offered no comment on the labs or the contraindicated device and simply recommended outpatient therapy. After her condition rapidly declined, we sought a second opinion from a top spinal surgeon at HSS, who reviewed the same imaging and said she was in urgent need of surgical intervention at that time. Unfortunately, by then it was too late. My mother is now wheelchair-bound, on dialysis three times a week, and unlikely to survive more than six months. She will live out what time she has left in pain--and in torment--knowing that those she once trusted to protect her instead looked the other way. From where I sit, it seems doctors protect their own, even when a patient's life is on the line.

At first, I thought maybe I had a pinched nerve, sciatica (since it runs in my family); I spent so much money on massages, in hopes of alieving some discomfort in my body. My PCP suggested I seek a chiropractor because maybe my body was not aligned correctly. Scheduling an appointment was easy, breezy, beautiful, the office manager, Andrea, was super cheery, and got me a same day appointment. Never in my life have I ever heard or felt my body do the things it did, and it was all done safely, quickly and effortlessly. To me, it was a dope experience :-) Turns out, my hips were not aligned, causing me huge discomfort. My upper back was always super tense and what I felt was "scrunched" up until she blessed me with her and also managed to eliminate my discomfort completely. I walked in with extreme discomfort and moments after my alignment, I felt the best I ever did. Felt like a brand new person. It was pretty amazing and Dr. Coyne does a phenomenal job at advising on the type of stretches one should do at home to help keep you alignment. I come in twice a week to keep my alignment and follow her suggestions. Dr. Coyne's office is conveniently located near home, you are never waiting a long period of time to be seen. Dr. Coyne and staff all adhere to the COVID-19 cleaning protocols and I have referred her to coworkers and friends, and they too were amazed with their results.

His bedside manner and his kindness is tremendous. Anybody who is scared of doctors will not be once you see him. He makes you feel comfortable and not only that.. he explains things to you so that you understand them completely. He was able to figure out issues I was having for over 15 years on top of the reason I went there for in the first place. I went there because I had a bad fall and he was able to help put a plan in motion with me to help fix what I injured, but after he saw my x-rays he was able to see things that for some reason all the doctors that I've gone to over the past 15 years have not seen. what I like about him the most is that he does not look at x-rays first! he does not look at previous charts first or your paperwork first... He listens first! Then after that he does an exam to help him understand what he is dealing with. Then once that is done he does the x-rays and taks his time to review them to make sure he sees everything! so usually you have to go back the next day to find out what the plan if attack is. I had no problem with that because he found the answer to my problem I've been searching for for 15 years like I said. Not only is he confident he can fix it I've already seen a huge improvement in the past two weeks I have been seeing him. I used to be a workout fanatic but had to stop because my lower back pain was unbearable. Come to find out my hips were uneven. He gave me a lift to put in my one shoe and that pretty much took away almost all of the pain I had in my lower back! He really is just a truly amazing doctor and man and I highly suggest him to anybody who wants answers to questions maybe other doctors have not answered and to help get rid of pain!
