Tried to change my appointment date got bullied by the phone rep trying to tell me I'm not allowed to change my appointment for personal reasons. This is a all time first excuse. The rep was rude, didn't listen, argumentive, and needs to be fired. I canceled my appointment and test appointments. Dr. Kim was very pleasant and sincere with helping us with the pain in the knee. Today's in Office procedure was an ultrasound to see where the issue is. She found some calcium deposits which is causing inflammation. Feeling very comfortable and at ease with Dr. Kim. She has started treatment and will help on relief of this pain in the right knee. I will need to travel to another facility for an MRI and X-ray her office is not equipped with these machines. If you need a Orthopedist come to this office. The nurse was told my pain, then I reiterated to the doctor, only to be dismissed. She literally ignored me when I spoke of my pain. She made No recommendations, No suggestions other than a back brace that insurance paid $500 for. BTW, a back brace is no longer recommended. I would not recommend her. My friend thought it could it be that I am on Medicare? Due to the low reimbursement rate? I went to a real doctor at HSS! My new doctor was not dismissive. I now have improvements after a steroid injection, and back to 85% of my normal self.
