They both are very resourceful and highly educated on medications and finding the right ones for you and instantly finding alternates that would be a better fit based on your needs. The receptionist, Missy is wonderful and I cannot sing her praises enough. She is dedicated, takes you seriously and treats all patients with respect. She is extremely understanding and compassionate and a literal ray of sunshine. I think of her as the reception Angel. I do not feel safe in Pinellas County - and am literally fleeing to New York State. It is currently 5:56AM EST on 6.17.2026 and I  called the PSCO and they transferred me to the Clearwater Police Department as they said it was their jurisdiction. The person I spoke with at 5:38AM EST on June 17th of 2026 gave the identification number of  2684 and told me she was 'done with this conversation' when I asked her what my rights were as a Pinellas County Resident to be able to leave the property with my belongings without the fear of being subjected to violence or the threat of a Baker Act. She stated that "It's not my job to know, but it sounds like it is yours". 4. Dr. Randall - this is when I placed a call to your office at 5:43AM EST on June 17th of 2026 to further establish that I am not in an agitated state, my thought processes are coherent.  The woman I spoke with said that she would escalate the matter to the oncall doctor and we hung up at 5:50AM EST on June 17th 2026. It is now 5:58AM EST on June 17thth 2026.

Was too busy and in a hurry about leaving at noon and then saying she needs to see me again within the week when her nurse said she has told her multiple times that her schedule is booked out for the month so to say less, I would not recommend this doctor

He reported I had high cholesterol scores which could lead to stroke heart attack, and he then proceeded to go over the 30 other blood test results and when I wanted to go back to the one that he flagged as a problem high cholesterol and he said oh, he already told me the score. Very dismissive. I tried writing down the scores he told me don't bother he would give me the sheet. He asked why I wasn't coming every six months and I said I wasn't aware there was a problem. I asked to see last year's score and they couldn't do that due to a computer glitch. He seemed annoyed that I wanted to ask questions I told him I didn't appreciate that and then he stated it seemed we're having problems communicating. At that point I just said we've always had this problem and then he just got up left room and terminated me as a patient. When I first started seeing him his niece would come into write notes on each visit. I recommend he go back to that.

SOLID 5 STARS!!!…read more What an amazing experience I had at BayCare imaging. I had a 1:15 PM appointment to get my foot x-rayed. I was told to be there at least 20 minutes before my appointment. Since I am always early I got there at 12:40. I usually park myself but because I have a wonky foot I used the valet parking. I waited one minute for the attendant to come by and take my phone number and Text me my parking ticket. I went inside and checked in at the imaging desk and they took my phone number to send me a text message when they were ready to register me. I was told to take a seat in the lobby. I had just settled in when I got the text message that Rebecca was waiting to check me in! Rebecca scanned my drivers license, insurance card, & the palm of my hand. Then she had me sign some legal mumbo-jumbo and told me to go back and wait to be called for my x-ray. I had barely gotten settled again in my seat when I received the text message to see Amber to go get my foot x-rayed! Amber escorted me to the x-ray room took three quick x-rays of my foot and then gave me a free bottle of water and showed me to the door. The valet had just gotten done parking my car. I didn't even have to show him my ticket number. He went and got it. I waited one minute and then I was back on the road! Entire time spent in the Lansky Pavillion 15 minutes! I was back on the road before 1pm!

I arrived at my scheduled time when I was confronted by Santos(owner) wife. She came out to the waiting room with a piece of paper stating I was not suppose to be there until Oct 16. She didn't even say my name. She was shaking as she spoke that I made a big mistake and I should come back in October. Why they could not contact me via phone I can't answer. They waited for me to arrive. I made the appt Sept 5. They had 20 days to straighten things out before I drove to the office. This woman was visually upset with me because I was confused about card expiration and my doctor visits. I'm an elder! I just was very confused at why they could not call me before I got there. Santos, behind the desk, was no better. Apparently the nervous woman is his wife. Whatever, the treatment from the front here is far from COMPASSIONATE! The doctors were always great but these owners are condescending. I made a mistake but I sure should not of been treated in this manner. Bottom line, I'll be transferring to a more compassionate clinic. By the way, they are the most expensive clinic out there. Shop around. There are many nicer clinics out there.
