My floors are separating in the kitchen and they are scratched and stained in the kitchen, laundry, dining, living room, bedroom, office and both bathrooms. Contacted Shawn frequently with no response or promise to respond in a few days. Months went by with either no contact or empty promises to come look at the floors. After 8 months, got tired of waiting and filed BBB complaint. Still took months for Shawn to contact me and get a rep and come out to look at the damage. He said the flooring company offered 1,000 sq ft replacement. Shawn and the rep finally came out and looked at the flooring a couple months ago (after a year). Shawn said he would contact me with a decision in 2-3 days. I haven't heard anything from Shawn and he will not respond to my texts during the past 2 months. I have all of the texts and communication documented. Dan had left the company quite awhile ago. I ran into him a couple days ago. Told him what happened. He said that was the reason he left Grimes Flooring, and he has heard many complaints like mine from other customers. DO NOT USE GRIMES FLOORING!!!!!
