Hall tire is my family's #1 place to go for all of our tire needs. They know my husband by name when he calls or stops in. They do excellent work and their pricing is fair. They have come in clutch over the last month when we have had several unexpected nails found in our tires. Friendly, efficient and superb service is really all you can ask for. They do take walk-ins but can get pretty busy . My recommendation is to call and set up an appointment to get your service needs met. Well I had a issue yesterday for the first time I had my oil changed and my tires rotated well the chubby young guy with long blonde hair was wearing a hat put my tires back on but when I was driving it I heard a weird knocking noise then I drove it to McDonalds and when I got out the guy didn't tighten my lugnuts they were still loose there were about 3 of them loose and one fell off so I drove it back and got the guy told and cussed me out I told him he needed to pay attention I could have gotten into a bad wreck and i could have sued the company and they would be responsible for getting me a new truck the guy needs to get fired because the place has pretty much have gone down hill I was driving a 2010 ford ranger I'm never going back there again read more

This place has become one of my top places to go to for fixing my vehicle. They are so friendly, helpful and understanding. Willing to work you to help you understand what needs to be done to your vehicle. If the can't fixed the problem, they will recommend a place for you to get it fixed. Most stuff is first person there gets help first. Some things they do only by appointments like breakpads and oil change. I had a major sound coming from my vehicle wasn't sure what it was but they were very patient with me. They took the time to figure it out. It came down to it the owner stepped in and went over my vehicle with a fine comb and found the problem. It was my alignment was so off and so badly jacked up. They fixed the problem and he also printed out paperwork how it looked like before and after. I was so nervous about the sound when I left but the owner since my feelings and gave me his personal business card. He said if I had any issues or heard the sound again to personally give him a call. That made me feel a little bit better after I left. It shows that they care and valued about their customers. It's be about a month or two and my car hasn't made that obnoxious squeaking noise ever again. I recommend hall tires and battery to whoever has issues with their vehicle to go to them. read more

Quoted one price by the person making the appointment then another price by the person doing the work then charged way more than either at pickup. I've done business here for years but I'm very unhappy with the way they did business with me this time. Poor communication among employees and too many people talking about things they know nothing about.. Over $400 to put on a set of disc brake pads. read more

Went in for a simple car inspection, had no problems with my car told me I would be out in an hour was there for over 5 hours!!!! Lying mechanic tried to tell me something different but I knew what he told me when I came in! Up until the last year or so, I would have given Hall Tire five stars. I have given all my tire business and purchases to them for over thirty years, but I don't believe I will any more. Two unacceptable instances: I took them a tire with a nail in it and they patched it. It continued to leak. I took the tire back two more times because it wouldn't hold air and the rude technicians insisted there was no leak. I took the tire to a different local tire company where they quickly discovered a second puncture and made a quality repair. No more leak. Instance two: I purchased a new set of tires from Hall and soon discovered that the tech had grossly and dangerously overinflated the tires when they were mounted. They also stripped out five of the lugnut studs by using too much pressure on their air wrench. I wish I could continue with Hall, but I can't be told a tire doesn't leak when it does and I cant afford to buy tires and then spend $250.00 more to repair what they tear up. read more

Brand new tire on brand new truck blew out on me on way home. AAA got to me fast. Took tire to Halls next morning. Guy got out of his chair right now! Went out, got my tire, plugged it. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes total. $22.00 total. Old fashioned, family style, everyone pitched in. Place was packed. I will be taking my tire business to Halls from now on. Seriously, I am not kidding. Was like a through-back in time for Customer Service! What a refreshing breath of fresh air! read more

OK. So I had 4 new tires put on my car on Friday 09, 2021. Being that this is a car that i rarely drive, i drove it home and parked it. Late the next day, I noticed that on one side of the car was a small dent with scratches as if someone recklessly bumped a piece of equipment into the side of my rear door. I continued to observe the other side of the car and what did I discover, even MORE scratches located on top of the real wheel car mold. Now I could not call Hall at that time in that they were closed and would not open up until Monday. So I call on Monday, the guy that answered listen to my issue and was by no means empathetic to my issue. There was no "Im sorry that this happened" no "I understand your frustration.." and even if there is a policy that says that says that they are not responsible for any damage they cause, there was not even a "Im sorry to hear that but out policy is..." Nothing. Call me quirky, but I work hard and when I go to a "professional establishment" I expect for the services to be rendered correctly and my property to be returned to me without damage. So, I ask the guy if they would reimburse me for a touch up paint pen (not even addressing the dent they put on my vehicle) and was told NO, we dont normally do things like this. It is clear to me that this establishment does not believe in the " Make every customer a repeat customer "philosophy. I mean I just spent approx. 870 with you and was going to return at a later date for an alignment but...Now, obviously this is not an establishment that cares about me, my property, my future business or the business of both my friends and my collogues (I add friends and colleagues in that, best believe I have already told them of my experience, and surprisingly enough many of them have had negative experiences with Hall tire as well, how about that) ..And this is supposed to be a family owned and run business.. If you consider doing business with these people, please DO NOT. please take your business to people that care about your business, your property, and does what it can to right any wrongs should they occur. Hall tire should be ashamed of themselves all this because you damaged my vehicle and I only asked for reimbursement for a 20 dollar touch up pen, I could have asked for more but that is not the type of consumer I am.
