He takes as long as needed to address whatever issue is presented. He did a great job relieving my back pain and straightening out my posture. He does not push X-rays or extra treatments, only what is necessary. He works on the entire body, not just a specific part like the neck. I had several treatments to get straightened out, and now see him every 5 weeks to maintain health. The best part is his maintenance visits are reasonable. My health plan has a $45 co-pay. That is all Dr. Jones charges per visit. I've been to other chiropractors that charge more, do less, and stick you in a tiny stall to wait as they move people through like cattle. Not so Dr. Jones. He has a regular waiting area with a window and homey plants. There are two good size exam rooms. He has scheduling down so there is rarely much of a wait. He is genuinely a nice guy. My fiancée's mom had been having horrible back pain for several months that had come on suddenly. She saw her doctor who said it was muscular. She found herself in the ER *eight times* where they said it was muscular and would prescribe physical therapy, chiropractic, or, worse, painkillers. She was averse to taking drugs and wanted to know *why* she was having the pain. In short, they figured she was old and hurting from aging. On that eighth ER visit, I became frustrated and DEMANDED that they X-ray her back. They did a plain film X-ray basically to appease us, and again said it showed nothing. Dr. Rob looked at the X-ray and *immediately* told us to get a second opinion because he saw something that concerned him. Turns out he was seeing a metastasis and had spotted cancer that went ignored by probably a dozen other doctors. Before this, I had always been dubious of chiropractic but *he* won me over, so when I began having my own back issues, I gave him a try. He helped me so much and was always a friendly face, even when I had skipped long periods between visits. My fiancée's mom loved him and credited him with - at the very least - listening to her and being thorough.
