I lived in there apartment in 1055 main st Weymouth managed by hallkeen. I left not because of anything I did, way to much to live there Had to chase down my security deposit back, check is unreadable, having hard time cashing and they don't care. When I lived there had to pay extra money (convience fee) to pay rent then an additional fee to , water and sewer bills. It's all about the money. read more

I lived at a property in Stamford, CT Hallkeen manage for almost 10 years, let's start off by mentioning I worked as a Recertification Specialist for almost 2 years, they are HORRIBLE, I cannot even tell you how unprofessional this company is, from Kelly the Regional Manager to Tracie, whoever this lady is. Talking to them is like talking to a dead horse, they do absolutely nothing for the residents, they inconvenience the residents with no apologies at all. I am waiting for my security deposit that should have been returned to me over 2 months ago. I left that building with no regrets at all, harbor point is a better place to live in Stamford. My family and I have never seen elderly treated so poorly. They don't turn the a/c on until usually mid-June, and they die from heat on top floors. They refuse to let many seniors return to the facility after going to the hospital, in our case took my Mother to court after just arriving home from being in the hospital. I had to insist the removed the insects from her apartment and treat the floor first. Most of her belongings went missing, and they refused to provide her with a walker. She then fell and broke bones! This management team has traumatized both my mother, my family, and other resident friends that lived in this community. read more

Hallkeen management sucks as a whole. There were many issues during my stay at the Westland ave location. Management, along with corporate failed to address the issues, despite the numerous times I have contacted them. I had mice, rats, cockroaches, swarms of flies in my unit, along with a list of other issues. Management cared more about fixing the floors (Nothing wrong with them) and painting the walls in the entryway of the building, than fix the issues at hand in my unit. Their priorities are not in order. If and when they decide to make an appointment to come to your unit to do repairs, THEY DON'T SHOW UP or come 3 days later after initiating a work order, to fix a leaking toilet pipe. No one should live how they forced me and my kids to live. Hallkeen forced me out and into a market rate unit. Please be aware and be smart. DO NOT RENT FROM HALLKEEN. read more

Worst management company I've ever had. I have numerous friends in the industry and they concur. I've lived at Atlas Lofts for over six years and they have gone through nearly as many property managers in that time. What's clear is that problems stem from the top, it's not the managers fault, their hands are tied. Bare minimum building maintenance, outdated common areas, and amenities are not competitive with the market. Yet, rents are raised every year with zero regard or appreciation for long-time residents. read more

Very Very unprofessional company! For a lease of 12 months; they took 8 months to send us the lease documents from the move-in date and expect us to pay rent on time. After 5 months & multiple follow-ups for lease document, management says "we lost the document you submitted at beginning" and asked us to submit documents again. Post re-submission still it took them 3 months to give us lease document. How irresponsible you guys are ? You have such lazy employees. They are never available in their office or on calling number so you can never reach out to them. Only way is email which they keep on ignoring. Hallkeen is a great company to work for. They offer fair pay and very good benefits. The building that I manage is clean, safe and exceptionally well maintained. Our company gives low income elderly people a nice place to live that is centrally and conveniently located. I highly recommend this company. read more

I moved in and was tickled pink with my new place until satan's daughter moved in next door nearly 11 months ago and management refuses to deal with her despite her violating the lease on a near daily occurrence. Maintenance is fantastic - Management not so much. read more
