Man working the front desk is very rude and hard to deal with. Service is not good. Did not offer to help me unload and got very snippy with me when I asked about a problem with the bill he gave me. Rented a lift. Worked half a day then quit. Then was told that it was "operator error" and the "machine was fine" AFTER we left to avoid giving us a partial refund or another rental. If we used it half a day, it is not an operator error. Would rather pay more at United Rentals where the machines AND customer service are a whole lot better.
