With all construction projects, dirt, dust and chaos are expected. We resigned to live that way. Dave surprised us though. A plastic door with a zipper was installed at the beginning of the demolition process. There was no dust and dirt throughout our home. We weren't constantly climbing around tools and construction materials. After each day's work, Dave cleaned up the work area.
