We were long term tenants of this place (over two years), and recently left due to the new…read moremanagement. We have had 9 managers over the course of our stay here and each one came in with their own rules but the latest ones are, by far, the worst. But let's discuss the property itself: see photos for the "kids zone" and "freshly manicured lawn" they claim to have on their website. They also state it is a gated community but as you can see in the photos the gate is broken and has been broken or non working for the majority of our stay. Now discussing the management. Every new manager would come in and change this or change that which is annoying but the new manager has taken their role to another level. They attempted to violate the terms of our leases, calling and threatening renters that they must pay rent now or they'll owe a late fee when rent is not late until the 5th. Especially, when they fear renters are moving soon. They use fear tactics or straight up illegal tactics to attempt to bully tenants into paying them money they usually don't even owe. They locked storage units but never gave notice rent was late. It wasn't, the previous manager had waived the months fee. Either way you have to give written notice before placing lock on the unit, no one received written notice yet we all had locks. When trying to discuss this with them they state they aren't the previous managers and that we indeed owe and they even lied stating they sent a certified letter and when confronted with the fact that that was a lie the manager stated they placed a letter on our door but refused to give us a copy of said letter. On top of that we have seen them creeping around our properties, looking underneath and all around our RVs, for what? No one knows cause when asked they just yell "you don't own any property on this site!" It's scary and creepy and I fear for people who are just living their life yet some strange man is creeping around their property. Who's to say he won't look in a window while you're undressing?!! It's unacceptable. This new management is honestly impressively bad and we, as well as several other renters, have sought legal counseling. Most long term renters have already moved or plan to move. This community was once highly sought after and rarely had open spaces but is now basically bare. We have reached out to the owners as well, but have received nothing more from them either.

They've done a lot of work on their "curb appeal" clearing off old junk, sprucing up their signs, even installing a nice tall new one! Their 1-page website hasn't been updated since 2017, and their facebook lacks details potential tenants are looking for: Is their indoor "Flea Mart" air-conditioned/heated? Pull through available? 30/50? How much? Wifi? How much? Is there parking for longhaul trucks? Dogs allowed? I drive by twice a day and can attest that they are hard working folks! The place looks clean and tidy. As for the type of "atmosphere", I can't say. With gas prices the way they are right now, and their lack of transparency on their online presence, I wouldn't make a separate drive just to see the place unless I knew a lot more about them, to entice me to call them for more info! With 100's of travelers passing by 365 days a year, "curb appeal" is one thing, communicating is another. Either you choose to communicate clearly to the world passing by, or choose to literally get passed by.
