I…read morehadn't been to a Hallmark Store in years but decided it was a good afternoon to browse for a variety of cards. Upon entering I was greeted by two friendly employees that offered to help me. I indicated I was just browsing and they continued on with their work and left me to roam the store on my own. I glanced at the card displays that were closest to the front of the store and found they were all seasonal. There was a large selection of both Halloween and Thanksgiving cards. On a separate display there were current specific categories such as Bosses Day and a couple of occasions I wasn't familiar with. There were many display tables throughout the store with a variety of themed merchandise such as Peanuts, and others. I wandered past all the merchandise displays to the back of the store where there were numerous racks of cards. After choosing the greeting cards that I decided to purchase I went to the check out counter. On the spur of the moment when the gracious employee asked if I found everything I asked if they had postcards. She nicely instructed me to wait there and she would get them. She brought me a stack of assorted postcards. After asking the price I found they were half the price as I had just paid next door at Taste of Kentucky. I sorted through them and ended up buying eighteen cards. Then when ringing out my order the employee counted out ten stickers for the back of my greeting cards that I was purchasing. You won't get this kind of service when buying cards at Walmart or the grocery store. My only drawback is this store is not very convenient for me to shop at. There is however a large parking lot with plenty of parking options. I will be back when in the Middletown area.

Unfortunately, not many Inflatable companies have been reviewed yet so I had to take a chance and looked up prices on inflatable company websites and set to call them up. Fun365 Inflatables was second on my list to call on a list of about 5 that I had chosen based on company website content/quality and price. The first company I called ended up with horrible customer service and the guy never called me back anyway. So I called Fun365 Inflatables the following day. Suzan Vawter answered the phone in a very professional manner and had a great professional phone voice. The entire conversation in confirming the price, bouncer type, and answering any of my questions was absolutely easy and I only wish more businesses had customer service like this. Everything was perfect so there was no need to even call any other companies after speaking to Suzan. I left a deposit of $50 for reserving the inflatable bouncer for a couple weeks later. Total price was $140 and worth every penny. The day came and the company called and stated they were on their way and gave an ETA of when they would be at the house. They arrived on the time we had reserved with a two person team and quickly but thoroughly setup the bouncer. They even asked us if we thought we would be done by the end of the reserved time of about 6 hours or if we needed any extra time. I assume they would just make us the last pickup for inflatable takedown after we said more time would be great so we ended up with a tad bit more time than reserved. That was nice of them to even ask this. The Inflatable bouncer was 15' x 15' x 13'h and was either brand new or really really clean and well taken care of. When they came to pickup, they worked just as quickly and carefully in ensuring everything was unplugged, certain areas were taken down first to take the giant thing down easily, folded perfectly etc...I was impressed with the hustle and professionalism. I signed the receipt at that time and thanked them for the great experience. It made my daughter's birthday just wonderful to have this for her and all her friends. Plus I'm sure all the parents appreciated the tired children just wanting to go home and sleep. It's the perfect hassle-free birthday party. They have multiple themes to choose from and if there's something specific you want to add, you can bring it by in advance and they'll set it all up for you. You walk in to the perfect party and the best part, they even clean it all up! It's a dream come true. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they're always adding new themes and are full of ideas to branch out and make every kiddo happy. Not to mention, it's the perfect place for all ages. They have a lot of events for the community. It's a great place to buy high end cards and it's also great for kids as well. I see them handing out free cards to kids all the time.
