I've contacted the business several times, but unfortunately, they are completely unwilling to help me. I've informed the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as well and made suggestions to how they might make their return policy clearer. I would recommend avoiding this store because of their misleading return policy and poor customer service. They are refusing to refund me $270 for leotards that are too small and that I cannot exchange because they don't come in a larger size (I would be happy to do so if they did). One would think that a business specializing in dancewear, of all things, would be sensitive to issues of size in the dance world. I can only imagine how profoundly unwelcome anyone larger than me must feel walking into this store. It's unacceptable in 2024 to have this attitude while running a business. They only care about money and don't care about their customers or doing the right thing.

While latex balloons usually last 6-8 hrs on average, a mylar balloon usually will last for weeks. On second day after purchase, the mylar balloon was deflating. Thinking employee forget to seal opening, I tried refilling with helium and again the balloon deflated. Very disappointed and will probably not be back.
