We went to the pumpkin patch, this weekend with a group of 12 with kids in different age groups. Their rides are catered to the young kids. My kids only rode one or two rides. Price of admission is five dollars per person, a dollar per ticket and rides are around 3 to 5 tickets each. The tickets also are used for the carnival games which is around 3 to 5 tickets . We didn't get anything to eat here so I can't speak on that. There was face painting and pumpkin painting that also is not free and is around three tickets. There were four bounce houses and price for admission is three tickets where kids get access to all bounce houses with that price. We stayed there for about an hour and then there was an electrical blackout so we decided to leave. Parking was free and the kids had fun, but I think the place is more catered to young kids around 3 to 9 years old. For a family of 4 with 2 kids, we spent around $60. One improvement I recommend is to have a sign for how much does each ride/game cost because I had to ask each attendant. read more

I come every single year. They have the best pumpkin patch in town. I got a massive white pumpkin, and a small gray pumpkin to go along with my common orange ones. They bring them straight to your car for you, load them in and make it hassel free. Service is amazing here. They have rides for the kids, carnival games, foods, and coffees made from baby pumpkins. Had an amazing time with my family this evening! Tonight we met a lovely lady named Cassandra!!! She's literally a rare breed!!!! She was so enthusiastic and very high energy!!! I think if we could clone her and make her the operator of every ride, that would be ideal!!! She uplifts kids so well and makes them comfortable and encourages fun to be had!!! This year (2024) was so bad and such a liability. People were stuck on the slides, others were burning themselves on it too, no staff were working the refreshments side stall so you had to buy it in the main food area but there's already lines for food. The prizes are old and some were broken. Some of the games were actually broken too, like that horse race game. A lot of these rides need maintenance as well. Some of these kids are wayyyy to persistent on you playing that they need to chill, especially if they aren't trying to make you win an old busted toy. Went here around 12 pm on a Sunday. It wasn't too crowded so there weren't lines or too many people at the location where you couldn't walk comfortably. But it was hot! And there isn't any shade near the rides where your kids are riding, so you will be waiting in the sun. Also, the rides themselves have no shade so make sure you put sunblock on the kids, come at night when it's not sunny, or bring an umbrella. Price wise, it is pretty expensive. Each ride is $3-$5 per kid (3-5 tickets and tickets are $1 each) so most people purchase the $30 wristband for unlimited riding all day. You can also get a family pack of tickets for $25 for 25 tickets, so you don't really save money, but it's there to order at the cashier's desk. Pumpkins range from $3 to $30+! We bought a mini white one for $3 and thought about buying another small one for $5, but decided not to. We went to target and got a pumpkin priced at $30 for $6! So I'm glad we waited on the pumpkins buying here. Parking wise, free parking in the lot if you get there early and then overflow parking in a parking garage about a few minutes walk away. We went here in the evening before and it was much harder to find parking and more busy than when we went during the day time. There is a place for people to sit and eat food--tables and chairs. And it's pretty nice and clean plus you can bring your own food--you don't HAVE to buy their food, which is very expensive. Think...theme park prices for food. But if you are hungry, you can buy food and eat while waiting for your kids. Attraction wise, they have a free hay maze that my kids liked and photo ops stations. They had a big slide, car rides, fun houses, jump houses, basically carnival type rides and activities. They also had carnival games that were about $3-$5, like the rides where you pay tickets. You can't use your wristband for these so you have to pay money! Thus, worth coming to see it and walking around because it is free! But not sure about the stuff you have to actually purchase because it was a little expensive. But sometimes, you got to pay to have fun! So it can be a fun local outing during the Halloween season if you have some $$ to spend :) read more

We ended up stopping at Walmart and buying a similar size for $4.98. The did have some rides for kids but most were for very small children. They had some fair style food which was a bit overpriced. I was just bummed after seeing what they were charging for the pumpkins and wanted to leave. They did have a pretty organized parking process with a covered ramp. But if you buy a large-ish pumpkin, either bring something to wheel it to the car or prepare to walk with it for a bit. read more

First and foremost I want to say my kids had an absolute blast. The pricing is fair. 30.00 for an all rides/attractions wristband. A few things to keep in mind before going 1. Bring cash if you want to play the midway games however you can pay for extra tickets for the midway games if you don't want to bring cash. 2. Be aware of the weather since it is fall make sure you dress accordingly and if the winds are high you risk not being able to go on the attractions. 3. The food is a little on the spendy side but still fair however don't get a corn dog because it might be like warm. The funnel cake is great though and they have options for loaded (which has strawberry,chocolate, Carmel sauces and whipped cream). Popcorn box is about 5.00. Honestly the only reason why I'm giving a 4 star instead of a 5 are because of some of the people working the rides/attractions. A lot of them were very nonchalant and had a didn't care attitude or were on their phones. There was one in particular working the funhouse attraction that was having a full blown conversation with someone using foul language around young kids and not paying attention to the safety and or surroundings. The pumpkin patch itself was alright, a lot of rides you can do and food options. Be careful when playing the games, we had a man who was running the game for hitting the balloons with darts act like he was letting us hit extras for free and then try to charge us an extra $30. He made it confusing saying things like "this one's on me, just one more and you'll get a bigger prize." And then he said "oh wait I didn't take your wallet, that's gonna be $30" after we stated we only wanted the 3 darts for $10. Hello, we went when it first opened at 11:00am on Sunday. It was not staffed very well. We were considering buying ride tickets but the line was very long. Not toddler friendly at all!!! Overall cute experience but it was our first year with a baby at a pumpkin patch and unfortunately this pumpkin patch didn't have a little train or any small kid friendly rides or activities besides a little maze but it was a nice experience just to go and check it out with our little family. This place is so cute! This year is my daughter's first Halloween, and I knew I wanted to take her to a pumpkin patch for some cute photos. A friend of mine recommended Gilcrease, but when I checked their website I saw that not only do they close at 2pm, but you have to buy tickets in advance, and they were completely sold out for that weekend when we wanted to go! My husband suggested we check out the place by our house, which turned out to be Halloweentown! I checked their website- you don't need tickets in advance and it is free to get in! We arrived around 5pm on a Saturday, and it wasn't too packed which was awesome. This was a great time to go because we got beautiful pictures while it was still light out. There are a bunch of awesome photo opps that we definitely took advantage of. There are some carnival games and rides for older kids, a few snack options, and a bunch of tables to sit. This is one of our favorite pumpkin patches to visit every year. Mainly because it's so close, but also my kids get a kick out of all the little rides and games they have. Came on a Thursday evening before it got too busy with my framily. There's such a big area to explore that we know we'll be there at least an hour or two. Luckily we came early enough to where my kids rarely had to wait in lines for the rides. I will say they rides and games are a little expensive as far as buying the $20 ticket pack. If your kids are big into rides the $25 wristband is definitely worth it. Our favorite part is the pumpkin decorating at the end of the patch. I was very excited to visit this pumpkin patch this year after seeing the instagram posts. I'm glad admission was free because I would have been so upset to pay to enter. Parking was absolutely a wreck, and the entrance I take to Boca Park off of Alta Dr was entirely closed. Traffic was awful, expect to add 15 minutes to your drive on a Saturday. You enter Halloween Town through a large tent. The perimeter of the tent is lined with stacks of hay and then there is a center wall of hay. The hay was arranged for seating, where the "pumpkin" photos are taken. I went last night, Saturday the 23rd, and the wait for these photos is 10-15 minutes. The pumpkins were pretty sparse and families were lined up to get the classic photos I'd seen all over instagram. Expect this to be the only pumpkins you see all night. Beyond this tent was a mess. Lines of people in every direction. We couldn't even walk the "pumpkin patch" without cutting between line after line. They had some children's rides (and I mean toddler, no way teenagers could even ride these) and some classic fair games. They had the balloon popping game, where you throw darts at balloons. Where I'm from, those stands have balloons every square inch. These people had a balloon every square foot, if that, making it difficult to play. We saw ring toss as well. But these 30 minutes lines weren't worth the wait at ALL. The most adult/teen friendly ride we saw was a slide. I saw on Yelp a mention of "vintage" rides, which I was excited to photograph. Instead, we saw tiny scooby doo and dora bouncy houses, a CROWD of people not wearing their masks, and a carousel that wasn't even lit (not sure if it even had lights). Speaking of lights, half of them strung throughout the "patch" and tents were burnt out. The rides weren't too much of a bother, but what really did bother me was the lack of pumpkins. Instagram promised green and white pumpkins, gourds, etc. All this place has to offer are the large orange pumpkins, which you can find at ANY Walmart for a fraction of the price. I am so disappointed that I left without a pumpkin. I already had orange ones and I figured a PUMPKIN PATCH would have a variety. I am utterly disappointed in my trip here, and will not return. We have been to this park every year. This year they are charging an admission fee of 20 dollars per person which is completely unreasonable for the park. The reason they are charging a 20 dollar admission fee is because they know once you get in that you won't spend money because there isn't much. All of the employees that work at the Pumpkin patch are super friendly, outgoing, and just really kind heart. All of the mini-game areas walked my daughter through multiple times on how to play the mini-games. There is just so much to do here. They have Corn Maze, Pumpkin painting mini station, the actual pumpkin patch, Rides, Blow-up bounce houses, house of mirrors, the Blow-up slide or what my daughter refers to it, the cold slide, tons of mini-games, and food in the middle of the pumpkin patches. The prices are great! If you compare it to Stu Millers, you're going to get your best bargain here. A all-day bracelet is $20.00. This means that your child can go on any carnival ride, slide, or bounce house, all day with that bracelet. If you compare it to Stu Millers, you would purchase 20 tickets for $20.00. Price alone, you need to come to this pumpkin patch .You're going to get the best dollar value. Not to mention, the bungee jump is included in the $20.00 all-day bracelet, which Stu Miller's you have to pay $10.00 or 10 tickets to go on the bungee jump. You can also purchase a pack of 25 tickets for $20.00. The tickets can be used for all mini-games except for 2 games in the pumpkin patch. Those two games are towards the back of the pumpkin patch near the "cold slide". Those two games require $5.00 each to play. My daughter's favorite three activities at this pumpkin patch is the snow slide (#1), the bungee Jump (#2), and the corn maze. A handful of rides/games weren't even working which is was kind of sad. Food Tent: It looked good, but the lines were so long that we passed. Pumpkin Patch/Photo Area: Pumpkins ranged from $10 for small head sized pumpkins to $30 for a huge pumpkin. But careful because the pumpkins you pick from the photo area have been stepped on, sat on, tossed and kicked by people capturing their moments at the pumpkin patch. On our way out from the pumpkin patch there's a runabout and as we were leaving this young girl driving a WHITE CHEROKEE almost ran us over with our son!!! The prices went up 50% for the all-day wristband, but right before we got to the front of the line, your employees took down the signs for wristbands. Including my 21 month old twins and my 12 year old daughter, who is on crutches due to a recent knee surgery and couldn't even go on any rides. $120 just for my family to walk around and not do anything. Shopping at Costco tonight and this very sweet, friendly, nice man notices my family, 4 children in line behind him. He has the mother load of cars full of beverages. We make small talk and I notice his shirt says Halloween Town. I ask if he's from the pumpkin patch at Boca Park, he says yes and proceeds to offer us some tickets. My 17 year old loaded a few bags of ice for for him and he hands me these tickets!!! Still in shock from his kindness We're a military family and save up to attend his fun park every year.
