Never received a call so I called them about 5:00 in the evening and was told it would be done by the next morning. However the next am came and went and never heard anything. Again I had to call THEM about 4:30 and was told they were putting it back together and they would call as it was closer to complete. Received a call about 6:45 that it was finished. Thank goodness I had asked what the total was so I could make sure I had enough with me. To my SHOCK the total had almost doubled to $600.00! These people are the exact reason why people DON"T TRUST mechanics. What a horrible way of earning a living by ripping people off. I will NEVER again use a mechanic if I can not sit there the entire time my vehicle is being worked on ! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! A 1 star rating is even too HIGH

TEAM took advantage of the fact they were old. Sorry, but you stick to your word when you tell someone something. They were accommodating in letting us test drive several vehicles, getting us quotes according to different options (different terms of loan, down payment, etc) and allowed us to compare warranty options, etc. They also didn't pressure us. We came and went a few times before making our final decision and weren't given the "if you take it today, I'll give you even more off" line. I think Chevy products are quality, but to each his own. I've come to learn that car loyalty is akin to religion and, as such, I won't go any further trying to sway people! Happy car shopping, if you find yourself doing thus!

I explained the alignment was quoted over the phone as $90, so that leaves the 4 tires that I PURCHASED PRIOR so they were not involved in the cost. The mount & balance of the 4 tires was $134. I said why so much, and the manager said because they are over size tires. I then explained that my half ton pickup is 100% factory, meaning no big wheels, no lift kits, no wheel spacers, or any other thing after market. The tires I bought were the exact same size that came from the factory. So how could they charge me for over size tires. The manager walked in the back for a minute and came back out and said that he would lower the bill. He was nice enough to take $14 dollars off, haha what a joke. I will never go there again or recommend.

I sent a photo of the lock to Bob and he was able to identify it as a high security lock that would not be openable without major damage to it. Bob went out of his way to contact apartment management through multiple phone calls, and got someone with a master key to help me out. Mind you this happened on a Saturday morning and I wasn't charged a dime. Would highly recommend Bob.

On the night of 12/23/24, when the temperature was going down to 8 degrees, my elderly father, had…read morea flat tire going over the mountain. He was at least 45 minutes from home. He called AAA and was told he was 5th in line to speak to someone. He waited until he was 2nd in line, and then he was disconnected. AAA never called him back. He called AAA again, and was told he was now 9th in line. He was afraid his phone battery would die while waiting on hold, so he called my elderly mother, who called AAA, waited on hold a long time, and was disconnected. No one called her back. I called AAA, waited on hold for 45 minutes, and was disconnected. I also called again and chose an option to leave a voicemail, which I did. No ever called me back for either of my calls. By this time my elderly father had spent a couple of hours or more sitting on the side of the road, on the side of the mountain in the dark on a bitterly cold night. I tried calling a tow company in the area, but they said I had to go through AAA. Finally we were able to get neighbors to go get my father and bring him home. They had to leave his car by the side of the road on the side of the mountain in the dark. We're lucky it wasn't hit, broken into or stolen. If he hadn't been in a place where there were neighbors to help him, he could have frozen to death, been hit or ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. The reason my parents pay for AAA is to have help in a situation like this, but AAA did nothing but waste hours of our time that night. Since then AAA has refused to say, when asked, what steps they are taking to prevent this kind of problem from happening again.

My daughter-in-law found this auto repair shop on a mommy site for young mothers. This was a newer business. The owners Chris and J (not sure his name) were very friendly and professional. They repaired my car for a nominal price so much so that I felt bad leaving with them having done so much for so little that I asked them to do other things for my car such as a oil change so I didn't leave without them making some money off me. We were on our way home to NJ after camping in Poe Valley and realized that our brake lights and…read moreturn signals were not working on our camper. The thought of a 4 hour drive, mostly on highways, with no brake lights was slightly terrifying. We pulled into Farmer's Choice (I remembered they did some work on my dad's truck a year prior), walked up to the office door and saw Saturday hours were by appointment only. My husband walked around to the garage and found a young man (I'm so sad we didn't get his name) working on a truck and asked if there was any way he could help us. He immediately agreed, switched out some fuses, charged our camper battery, checked our bulbs and cleaned connectors to make sure we were set. He never acted inconvenienced, he never grumbled, he never said we needed an appointment, he just seemed genuinely happy to be helping us. We are usually only out this way once or twice a year but I will certainly frequent this shop again if ever needed and will without a doubt recommend them to anyone in need!

I'm all for making your workers happy but they already get there pick of the litter as it is. well being i work in the field and service 45 to 54 cars a day I will be more then happy to pass along my experience to my customers. i will provide a contact info to a representative if needed. but its to late for them. far to many people selling stuff to get stuck on one if they are not willing to try.

My apple play stopped working and electronic control of my side view mirror. my door has been severely rattling. that was the last straw when they fed me bs that sometimes screws get loose in there for holding the windows, when they could have easily slid something inside through the slot in the window. I have been driving a variety of cars for around 7 years most older, no one ik has ever had this issue. Idky i ever went back. I only give two stars for some staff is nice, and the spare car they give is nice. every single one of these issues is around 100 each at least. LADIES DONT GO
