RFA Cash 4 Junk Cars - Junk Car Removal Rhode Island

RFA Cash 4 Junk Cars

Me, Foo, got caught up in some crazy Executive poker game in the presidential suite of the Hyatt on…read moreJefferson Blvd. The game was run by a couple of wise guys and I owned the table, closed down the game and walked away with a Halliburton of cash. Plus, some degenerate lost his dumb car to me so I had that problem so I figured Foo should dump it for some quick cash. The first place I called happened to be owned by the same wise guy who ran the game. "Ni hao, it's me, your best friend Foo who rode you like a dog and won your kitty last night," Foo said. "Oh yeah, you mutt, let me introduce you to Mr. Click." Then he hung up on Foo. It was loud in Foo's ear. So, then I called RFA and the man was nice and polite to Foo. "Hello, RFA, how may I assist you?" "Ni hao, me Foo and I have 2004 Volvo in good condition, runs and drives and has its original catalytic converter." "Four hundred." "How about four fifty?" said me, Foo. "Four hundred, cash." "When can you get it?" Foo said. "Ten minutes." So, RFA come over and pick up car with a truck with a bed that is flat and lights. The man greased Foo's palm with fifties and Foo give him daps and hugs. Foo not give no stack of grat because junking isn't hospitality. It's just cash on barrel with no issues. Tow guy not deal Foo a black jack or mix Foo a martini. No grat! Foo took the four hundred to Foxwoods and stop at NS Spa to say thank you to RFA for cash on barrel for my junk. Xie xie RFA!

It was not the fault of ocean Chrysler however, when requesting that the remaining oil changes and tire rotations , I prepaid for approximately $400 Could be transferred to my other vehicle. I was told NO! they were car specific so basically I prepaid for oil changes that they will not give me. I feel like that is very dishonest and should have been disclosed. The reason was company policy and their computer would not let them do it. I'll never go back there just out of principle. NEVER again. I gave them multiple chances while I was on the phone and I told them I was going to post this and they had just lost a very loyal customer. They really were not concerned They must have more customers than they can handle. Or want.

Do not take your vehicle here for service, even if purchased from this Dealership. They do not…read morehonor their work when faulty. I bought a Ram truck here brand new in March 2020. The salesperson and my entire experience buying the vehicle was not an issue and the truck was everything I had hoped for 2+ years. I had an issue with DEF being introduced to my fuel by another party, BIG problem. Brought the truck here to be fixed in mid August. Despite insurance covering the repairs it still took almost a month to get the repairs done. Literally picked the truck up 2 days before I was scheduled to relocate to Maine for a job opportunity. I understand supply chain issues so I don't necessarily have an issue with the length of time the repair took, only that it was down to the wire. Fast forward 1 month, when I get in the truck on a Monday morning to go to work (had recently driven the truck to Massachusetts that weekend and back with no issues) and the truck will not start. Indicator on the dash says water in fuel. Had not done anything with DEF since getting the car back from Tasca and had been filling at the same gas station since moving to Maine but here we are. Was able to get the truck to a local to me large Mopar dealership and the verdict was that the injectors were not properly programmed when replaced and the fuel rail was not replaced at all which I was told (and also saw the print out from Chrysler) is standard procedure with this type of job, thus causing the fuel system to be contaminated again and the entire 10K+ job needed to be redone. Obviously insurance will not cover faulty work done by a third party and the local dealer is unable to warranty the parts due to the critical step being missed. So I reached out to Tasca to see if they would make it right. I spoke at first with the service advisor Jose whom I had dealt with during the initial repairs. The service manager from the dealership here in Maine had also been in touch with Jose to try to get this taken care of. Both he and I were told that Tasca was not responsible and I was basically out of luck. I escalated to the service manager Gregory and after leaving multiple messages was more or less told the same story and that either the dealership I have the truck at now could somehow warranty bad parts (even though the parts themselves did not fail, but were ruined due to poor workmanship) or I was going to have to pay out of pocket. Long story longer - this shop will not stand by their work and you will have to have their work redone by another shop and will be stuck with the bill for another 10k+ in repairs. Their website has this commitment listed "We humbly pledge to continue the Tasca Family Commitment that YOU WILL BE SATISFIED" I, for one, am not satisfied.
