I had to wait with an employee to try and trouble shoot to reset the oil life on the dash at 6pm after leaving my vehicle at 10 am!!! I had to direct HIM on how to do it after he tried to google it. I called to talk to the service manager around 10 am the next day and again around 4pm and no one ever got back to me.
