I purchased a Kawasaki mule form them the customer service is second to none, my wife and I came in and they were genuinely polite, answered our questions helped us out, and I can't say this enough because it was 5 days before Christmas and I was going be out of town. The service manager said you know what will deliver it to your house for you. I mean, you just can't get that kind of customer service anymore. Halls Motorsports Spanish Fort. I've attempted to call so many times to speak to the owner or manager. If this was my Marine Repair shop I would want to know this. If only I had read reviews on yelp first! I took my ski there a month ago. Decided I would check on it since I had not heard anything back. I sat on the phone for 45 minutes on hold for parts and service. Ended up driving to the store while on hold only to get there and see two men behind the service counter and one in the back letting the phone ring. I never said a word.... They tell me that my boat was cracked and I needed a $4k fiberglass repair. My concern was the boat was holding water and we had removed rope that had been caught in the shaft thinking we should replace that Polyring. The boat never leaked a drop of water after filling the well and checking for safety at home. We have an older model ski with low hours so we do our best to keep the maintenance in check before launching each Spring. The tech also informed me that my bilge pump only worked while the craft was running and was working properly. I asked 100 questions and still didn't understand why he said that, when I could turn the pump on by remote. Confused. I paid $75 and took my yard ornament home after I brought my fiancé to talk to the service guy. He pointed out a place where we had previously siliconed since the epoxy was breaking down. That's where he explained the boat was cracked. He also explained he never tried to disassemble the equipment to visually inspect the "crack". We decided then that this guy was absolutely full of it!!! Immediately we took our boat and dropped it in the bay. The Bilage pump was working but was clogged with debris. We likely still need the Poly-ring replaced which was the entire reason we brought our ski to Halls Motorsports in the first place!!!! Terrible untrustworthy customer service and I try my best to keep my money local. Evidently management has no idea or concern for business practices at this location. And I'm out $75 for some bad advice so I'll take my watercraft elsewhere. And advise you to do the same. read more

Run and don't look back and you will be doing yourself a favor. Left my sxs that I just bought from a 3rd party with them just for simple servicing and to check a few items in particular. I was originally told by the service manager that it would take about 2 weeks. Called repeatedly for the next 2 months and was told they were about to get to it. Finally after 2 months got the GM(I was told) involved and -I am not exaggerating - was explained that Hall's historically did not like the service part of their business and got by using the cheapest labor they could find. Well I finally got my sxs back today after they had it for 3 months with only the battery changed, not serviced and not much if any better than it was 3 months ago. I did get a long list of excuses by the service manager. As I said run and dont look back, Hall's has big problems in managing their business. I'm 73 years old and never, ever run into anything like this before. Went there to buy a motorcycle listed as $6,357. After all the calculations it was $8,625. After I fell over from shock, This is what they said for the out the door price: The OTD before $3000 dpwn is $8625.84. Fees are the same on every unit over 150 CC. 700 freight, 500 prep & set up, 698 doc & admin plus tax and title. After dealing with dozens of car dealer in my lifetime, I've never seen even a used car dealer add freight on the sticker price, much less $500 prep and almost $700 document fee. read more

While vacationing in Florida, we rented a couple jet skis. We're hooked and decided to stop by to see what models are available and get an idea of specs and prices. We walked in and got a "Let us know if we can help you find anything" from a guy sitting at a computer behind the desk to the right. No hello, no inquiry of why we came in, nothing. Husband walked away to use the restroom while I browsed. NO watercraft to be seen at all. So when Husband returned, I asked the guy that spoke to us earlier if they carried PWCs here, or did the Mobile location have any? He said no. I asked if they didn't carry them at all or if Mobile did not carry/have any. He said this location sold their last one yesterday, but by October or so they should have their brand new 2021 models in. Seemed a little convenient to have just sold the last PWC you have, and to say without checking that Mobile does not have any at all, but it could be true. So we asked for brochures, and he gave us the Yamaha and Sea-Doo ones to browse, which had been scribbled in. I think I'll venture to check the Mobile location, just to see, but we've been referred by others to go to Gulf Shores Power Sports & Marine instead-- for their selection and service. read more

I don't recommend buying OR servicing anything at Halls Eastern shore. May 17th 2024 I purchased two brand new Seadoos and a trailer off the showroom floor. After purchasing skis, walked outside to see one of the seadoo decals already peeling off the skis and Sun fade on some of the plastics. These were not the skis I was shown in the back that I thought I was purchasing. However I had already paid and dealt with being there on a scheduled appointment and purchase that took 2 hours of waiting for the manager to be ready for our paperwork. First ride weekend 3 days after purchasing the skis, one ski almost sinks due to a recalled exhaust collar (both being defective but one taking water to the point the sensors wouldn't allow the motor to crank) then the other overheats due to not enough coolant in the system. After a 800$ seatow bill to get these skis back to land, I called Halls eastern shore. Talked to the head sales manager who sold me the skis he told me "he didn't think the recalls effected anything serious" (in reference to the almost sunk ski) and then wouldn't even acknowledge the second failed ski. I was transferred to the service desk where I was informed that "they are 8 weeks out on service and not taking anymore skis". Refusing to even look at the brand new skis I purchased the week before. I had to have my skis warranty repaired by another facility 4 hours away, then pay to have a sensor and coolant installed on the other ski with the overheat issue. Manager assured me that all our paperwork was submitted to the state of FL for title and registration the week after our skis were purchased. After a while of waiting (lots of calling to the manager and salesmen ensuring me everything was submitted ) and lots of state trooper and FWC stops our registration w hull numbers FINALLY showed up July 3rd. The problems with these skis continue on today. 10/10 I do NOT recommend doing business with Halls of eastern shore. Go to Pensacola or Mobile instead. read more

I have a brand new tire (still in packaging) and I wanted to have it mounted on my rim, which I had already taken off of my bike. I took the rim and brand new tire to them this morning to see about getting it mounted. I walked in with the tire and the rim in each hand and the gentleman at the counter never greeted me or asked me anything. He pointed to the back of the showroom and said "back left corner" while he continued to play on his cellphone. I walked to the back as instructed and there were 3 people at the counter. One was playing on her cellphone and said "hey" as she continued on her cellphone. I approached the counter I spoke to the second woman and explained to her that I would like to have this brand new tire mounted on my rim, holding them up to show her. I asked if they could do that here for me, and she said she would have to ask the technician because they were very busy. Keep in mind, I was the only customer in the entire place. The technician walks out and he says "yeah, I can have someone do it." The woman starts filling out a piece of paper (I assume a work order) and I explained to her that I would be happy to leave it with them since they are so busy and they can call me later this afternoon, no rush. She looks up and says "It's gonna be $75 to mount it." I look over at the other woman, still playing on her phone and then back at this woman and I just tell her, "you know what, I think I will pass". She says "ok" and goes back to talking to the third person behind the counter, like I never existed. I walked straight out to my truck and called another place in Baldwin county who said they could do it right now for me and it would be $25. That place was super friendly and had me in and out in 20 minutes. They earned my business, Halls Motorsports LOST my business. I will not be going back, and I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends, family, business associates or clients. read more

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for today. Wanted them to look at one our skis based on the radio had not worked since I bought it. (it was still under warranty). Also, last time flushing them out saw that a pin was in the bottom of the hull. When I made the appointment had someone at the desk asked the tech if I would have to leave them overnight at the appointment. I did not want to leave them in the sun, so was willing to come back and pick them up if needed to order parts. Took my two ski's there at 11 and called at 2:30 to see what was going on with them. The service manager the RUDE/UNPROFESSIONAL woman in the back answered the phone by saying WHO IS THIS? After I told her who I was and why I was calling. Then she hatefully said YOU JUST BROUHT THEM IN!! I Told her that's why I made an appointment. Then she told me that they had not even been looked at and would not be looked at today. I advised her that I would come get them. She said you do what you need to do we close in 20 minutes. When I arrived, people were standing around and no one asked to help us or what we were there for. I could have been stealing my skis and no one would have cared. When we were leaving the woman was peeking her head around the garage doors watching us leave. I will not be taking anything I have back there! Shop somewhere else unless you like to overpay, receive lousy customer service, and having hiked up fees padding your bill without explanation. Lastly an "optional" 1,500$ service warranty added onto the contract without explanation or information about the warranty. But for some reason the sleazy finance fella told us he couldn't cancel it until 30 days pass and then he would and I'd get a full refund. Well that was a lie!! Months went by, I finally found out, called warranty company, they sent info about the warranty and cancellation process. Cancelling it could of been done anytime in the first 30 days for free, now paid months on it, the return amount is prorated, plus a 50$ fee. Again... shop somewhere else read more

After doing quite a lot of research, I found Alex at Hall's Motorsports in Daphne, Al. I bought a Honda 4 wheeler 420 for my boyfriend as a surprise. Boy, was he surprised. Alex was so helpful with availability, specs, pricing etc. Alex was so patient and kind. The staff stayed over an hour after closing to accommodate us. I highly reccomend going and seeing Alex. I agree with the other gentleman in reference to the service dept., who wrote STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Unfortunately we didn't read his warning until now, as my son-in-law dropped off his Yamaha 4-wheeler to have work done on it. After 2 weeks they called and said it was ready, he paid the $340+ dollars as invoiced for parts and labor and went out to the lot to load it up. He discovered that none of the work had been completed and advised the service manager of that. They inspected it and found that they were in fact lying to him and were going to let him take it and hopefully discover at a later time the work hadn't been done. The police were called and they refunded his $340+. I for one will make sure that all my friends and family are aware of this attempted fraudulent act. Stock listed on website was not present at the physical location. Salesman stated to me the website indicates to contact the location prior to visit to verify whether a vehicle is in stock. That's false, the website simply provides a contact number for "more information"... I was hoping to see the bike I was looking for and instead they didn't have it either there or any of their other Hall's locations in the area. Why show the bike in the website then? Furthermore their front door says "mask required prior to entry". When I entered with my mask I was the only person in the place wearing a mask.... nobody else was including salesmen. read more

This place is a joke. They advertise decent prices on craigslist, but when you get to the store, they jack the price up by $1000+ in "fees". I bought a 2013 Honda CBR600RR from another dealer and paid $1600 less than Hall's asked for the exact same bike. Plus their accessory selection is pretty cheesy. read more

I have to say they treated me right here. Reggie the service manager actually cares about fixing your motorcycle. They diagnosed my bike to the t. He also went out of his way to keep me updated on my bike. 2000 Honda Shadow 750. I know there are some older bad reviews but they have righted there ship and I'm recommending them to my fellow riders even if its only for an oil change. read more

Let start off by saying if it were possible to give negative Stars I would. I had the misfortune of dealing with Halls Eastern Shore Service department. I had a Yamaha that was under warranty. The bike was water cooled and had a bad head gasket. I am not a mechanic but the problem was obvious to anyone who had an ounce of mechanical skills. I took them the bike. They kept it a month and claimed that it was just condensation coming out of the tail pipe and dripping on the floor. They claimed the problem was something else. I had the bike back for a few days. This time I took video of the water running out the tail pipe to show the Service manager and to upload to their upper line. This time it took them 2 months for a total of 3 months to fix the problem that I could have fixed myself in an afternoon. After 2 + months I am calling headquarters. One of the OWNERS told me if I called Headquarters again he was going to roll my bike out into the street still unassembled and I could take it elsewhere. Like others I had called the Daphne PD to make a report about the owners threats to damage my property. After 2 months they finally fixed the head gasket but couldn't get the bike to run right. It kept cutting out about 30 mph. Finally they called HQ to have some one come down from Atlanta to work on the bike. He had it fixed in an hour or so. Those Yahoo's weren't smart enough to put the wind guards back on in front of the air intake before test riding it. With the guards off air was being rammed down the throat of the bike and when it got to 30 mph it was running so lean that it started to run poorly and was unrideable. The bike was starving for fuel. The OWNER told me he didn't want my business so he hasn't gotten it. I recently purchased a $20,000 bike like one he had on the showroom but I didn't buy it from them. When I ever need parts I will drive to Pensacola for them rather than 3 miles up the road to Halls.Motorsport Eastern Shore. read more

Horrible experience! WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! PLEASE avoid doing ANY business here. They are doing shady practices!! If you're from out of state they add an extra 1.25% to the tax and stated it's due to the fact they have to actually travel to my state (Florida) and county's DMV and HAND DELIVER the title, paperwork, etc. I immediately knew that didn't sound correct so I decided to do further research. I confirmed with the Hall's store in Mobile, AL that information was false and you can finance anything from out of state with your county's tax. When I asked for the breakdown on the numbers, they became irate at me (the paying customer!). When I asked what was the issue with the request, the sales manager stated I sat in my car contacting other dealers for prices and had an attitude because I was shopping around. As a paying customer it's my right to shop around for the best deals! When i decided to move further with the offer he had an attitude and kept going on about how I was doing MY research on other dealer prices. They tried to add in SEVERAL hidden fees, so I wanted to see where the funds where actually going. The sales manager became so irate and said they wouldn't sell it to me. I asked to speak to the store manager and he became defensive immediately without hearing my feedback on his sales manager. He was also beyond disrespectful and stated the extra 1.25% was company policy to add to the tax. I also informed him that the store in Mobile, AL stated that wasn't the case. Of course he became even more irate and started to rant about how he as a person does business which was totally irrelevant. I was actually racial discriminated/profiled against. If you have a HEART and don't want to be cheated out of your hard earned money, then do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. I will be following up with the BBB and my attorney for further action. This transaction felt more personal against me rather than business. I truly believe they were upset at the fact I wouldn't take their numbers without seeing the breakdown of the charges along with the color of my skin. I recently purchased a new set of Sea Doo jet skis from Halls Motorsports in Daphne and had a great experience. I worked with Brad as my sales representative and Bob was the sales manager. I contacted 4 other dealers between Ft. Walton and Mobile, AL and Halls was the only place willing to work with me. I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price, one that other stores would not match. Brad and Bob both treated me well and were very fair on price. The team at halls is awesome. I got a 2018 canam xmr 1000r. From when I called and spoke with kellan in sales. I've never owned a new atv. He answered every question. He never once was annoyed or made me feel rushed. I drove 6+ hours from Nashville for the way they treated me. The price also helped. Service is key and they come hard! Highly recommended and will use again for all things outdoor power sports. As far as people complaining about fees. Play the game people. You pay fees wherever. Well after 40 mins they managed to come up with a price and would not even give it to me in writing so I leave and come back 2 days later with a friend willing to purchase 2 of the same bikes and the price went up. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went there. Surely you would think those guys would try to treat their customers better but those guys are something serious. I took my bike there for a recall on the master brake cyclinder. Once the bike was supposibly repaired I went in and retrieved my bike. Once I made it home I notice the bike was leaking. I called the store and spoke with the manager and he instructed me to bring the bike back. Well to make a long story short. He charged me $100 dollars for a so called diagnostic check after their so call (recall)repair. I bought my bike home and will never do business nor recommend those guys ever. Lost a $100. read more

I have used these guys a lot. The only problem I can think of with them is that they are always SLAMMED. I think that's true fr a lot of Hall's shops. Reggie, the Service Manager is a great communicator. He sets reasonable expectations and continually exceeds them. The service department SUCKS! They treat their customers like garbage. They charged my uncle for services that were not completed. Not only has he purchased his side by side from this location, but has taken it to get serviced there as well. He drives all the way from Northwest, Florida. Hall's was supposed to do a 100 hour service on his side by side and he paid them for all services UP FRONT... But they only changed the oil. AND it was dusty like they had been joy riding on it the whole time it was there. No marks from wrenches, no marks from where anything was wiped off to get to any thing that needed to be changed. They have not made ANY effort to fix the issue. All he wants is the money back for the services that WERE NOT COMPLETED. I personally, do not think that it is too much to ask. Rest assured, EVERYONE we know will hear about how crappy your company treats people. You need to make it right. read more
