They must have seeked out the rudest lady to work customer service in the service department. Unbelievably crude, uncaring and unhelpful.

My bike has spend about 6 of it's 36 months since I bought it sitting in Service. And not because of any major repairs. Nope, a few small warranty/recall items. I have all the packages, tire/wheel, preplanned maintenance, and platinum extended warranty. I brought the bike in (for the third time) to have the transmission quick fix diagnosed and repaired. I asked them to look at what seemed like a small oil leak. They said they diagnosed it as a bad seal, then told me warranty wouldn't cover it. I called Safeguard (company who manages BMWs extended warranty) who said they couldn't cover it - because someone had already "fixed" it . . . with a tube of RTV silicone. Then these jokers at Adventure gave me a bill for $1,800!!!!! For a silicone repair job. They, allegedly, BMW sent the wrong wiring harness for the bike. So my bike will be parked in the service department at least 6 weeks! While the bike and all the packages depreciate. So I stop in the store to talk to the GM, who is incidentally always too busy to talk to anyone (so it seems) unless the person is buying a bike. So I speak to one of the sales managers. She listens seemingly intently and says she understands and she will speak with the GM on my behalf. 2 days later, I call and talk to her again. She tells me (with attitude) that she doesn't have any control over what service does and she already relayed my message. They why didn't you call or message like you said you would???! In short. I switched from Harley Pensacola to Adventure largely because the service at Pensacola Harley was so unreliable and slow. Figured Adventure had to be better. Absolutely not. My neighbor warned me - said he takes his BMW to Jacksonville (6.5 hour ride) to get warranty work done. Other people said "stay away from Adventure." And I didn't listen. Now I am locked in for another 3 years as my preplanned maintenance is local only. I recommend buying a Triumph from D&D or, if you must get one of the brands sold by Adventure, travel. I am told Jacksonville has an excellent service department.

Had to trailer the bike to another BMW dealer 450 miles away to have it fixed in 20 minutes! One throttle cable was too tight. It was a waste of my time and money, not a good practice!

Here you go: Chuck…read moreStevens Bay Minette / Atmore -- A Masterclass in Wasting Your Time Let me be blunt: I was lied to. Not misled. Not the victim of a miscommunication. Lied to. Deliberately, strategically, and without a single apology. I called ahead. I asked specifically about a vehicle. The person on the phone didn't hesitate -- yes, it's available, we actually have several. No uncertainty. No "let me double-check." Just a clean, confident answer designed to get me in the car and headed their way. So I drove. Over an hour. Through rural Alabama. On their word. Big mistake. The moment I arrived and asked about the vehicle, the lies started crumbling. Gone. "Just sold." Maybe "couldn't find it." The story changed more than once -- because when you're making things up, you can't keep the details straight. Nobody apologized. Nobody explained how a vehicle that definitely existed an hour ago had suddenly vanished. Nobody said a word about the hour-plus I'd just spent driving based on what they told me. What they did instead was worse. The redirect came immediately -- smooth, practiced, rehearsed. Before I could even react, a salesperson was already walking me toward vehicles I never asked about, never wanted, and never came to see. Like my time, my research, and my trip meant absolutely nothing. Because to them, it doesn't. This isn't a fluke. This is how they operate. Manufacture confidence over the phone, get the customer to commit to the drive, then flip the script once they're standing on your lot feeling the sunk cost. It's predatory. It's dishonest. And it worked -- on me, at least, once. Not twice. If you're reading this before making that drive -- stop. Don't call ahead thinking a confirmation means anything. Don't assume good faith. And don't give this dealership your time, your money, or the benefit of the doubt they haven't come close to earning. I wish someone had told me. Now I'm telling you.

All communication was initiated by us with each call resulting in a "your boat is next in line" or "your boat should be completed by today". Due to cost we declined the onboard charger - twice. At 5 weeks we informed the service department that we would be picking up our boat the following Wednesday. We called again on Tuesday to remind them. The boat service was not completed - the mister pump had not been installed. The warranty director asked us to give them 15 mins. We came back 30 minutes later. Our boat was filthy. We can only hope the service was done correctly. We will never use this service again and do not recommend them.

1 Star - $85K Mistake…read more Bought a brand-new Yamaha boat from GSPS Marine -- it's been a nightmare. Before we even used it, the $1,000 Yamaha cover (sold by them) pulled a layer off one of the back seat cushions. Reported it immediately -- no response. Over a year later, still no resolution. First 3 trips: Engine overheated every time. Stranded twice. Towed twice. Each time, GSPS blamed us instead of diagnosing the issue -- until the third visit, when they finally found a kinked water line. So much for "user error." Throttles pull back on their own, making the boat hard to drive. Reported multiple times -- still not fixed. Service communication is awful. Boat was in their shop more than ours the first summer. We've owned it for 18 months and have less than 20 hours on the engines. Still waiting to hear back on multiple warranty claims. . . which we will be waiting forever because they didn't submit any to Yamaha (we called Yamaha and they confirmed zero claims have been submitted on our behalf). GSPS's service department is incompetent and has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We would NEVER buy a boat from them again sadly.
