IMPRESSIVE! The paperwork, and my signature, was done via email and electronic signature. EFFICIENT!, The initial termite treatment requires the city to mark off the lines in my yard. His being so proactive, the city wire/gas line marker had also arrived, prior to Thomas, and did their markings. Again, IMPRESSIVE! He ensured I understood costs, treated the home, and communicated with my wife well on a myriad of things. PROFESSIONAL! He also set up glue traps in the attic to catch any that were already inside. The service was prompt, efficient, and handled with professionalism. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process. You can tell he knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work. I notice din "pest control services " with them for at least a year, the techs came, BUT NEVER went in attic or crawl space... the foreman admitted as much. No pictures, no sounds of them in those spaces/. Then they asked to come out for a "free" inspection. Suddenly they found multiple pest issues...keep in mind they have been out to me every 90 days..!!! The foreman kept calling, but now he said he was the owner, he in the past said the owner was not involve anymore with company!!!!
