Every time I come in I want to relax. And I find it very rude that I can't. The workers are loud,ignorant and speak in their language it is a disgrace. I'm sorry it is. also, they're overly priced. They are not even from this country on a work visa. At the end of the service I find it extremely rude that they expect a bigger tip than what I give. and I give a fair tip.. when I come for a foot massage I shouldn't have to pick from a overly priced sheet. I'm happy with the services but find the prices unreasonably high. For example just a half leg waxing is 50. For the same price I could get a full wax. It isn't logical and I don't find their attitude in communicating professional. I will research other options. read more

Worst pedicure experience ever! I've been coming here off & on for over 20 yrs, never again. Completely rushed, no lotion applied to feet or legs, polish on my toes, scrub still left all over my legs, the tech touched my belly & said baby (I am not pregnant) & to top it all off, both of my big toes are infected (I've been soaking them in epsom salt & putting antibiotic cream on them). Came here with my two girlfriends, sat in the waiting area for 35 mins before my first friend was taken back, and then 10 mins later my other friend was taken back. Nothing wrong with waiting, until a group of 3 other ladies came in well over an hour after me and were taken before I was. By the time they came to get me my two friends were finished and the quality of their nails was not the best anyways, I told them forget it and left. If you're looking for a basic clean manicure and pedicure this place is fine. Don't look for anyone to be nice, don't look for them to massage your legs or hands. Oh they did massage one of my feet not the other. Don't look for a nice warm towel as part of your manicure. And don't expect the dryer to work they go on and off on and off. Today I walked into this nail salon on time for a 2 o'clock appointment. The waiting area was full of women. I should have known to leave then. But 5 minutes later they called me back and started me for a foot soak. I soaked while technicians worked on everyone around me. 40 minutes later my feet were shriveled. I announced that I was leaving and that this business shouldn't make appointments they were unable to keep. Not a single person said one word. No apologies. No explanations. They just turned off the water and let me leave with soaking wet feet. I had been here once before and thought they did a good job. But unless you have all day to sit and wait in water, I suggest you try someplace else. They clearly don't need business or know how to run one. read more

Let me start off by saying I work in the spa industry & am mortified that I have to write a negative review for a company in the industry. I came here with my boyfriend and best friend for her birthday. We were in and out of there within 25 minutes. All of our feet have chips, unpainted areas on toes, crooked & unfiled, & dead skin (sorry for the tmi) on our feet. $130 without tip for someone to scrub our legs into oblivion, pay no attention whatsoever to the actual feet, zero massage, and a run over with stones. I, personally, got scrubbed until it hurt extremely bad & then didn't get an oil massage while my friend and boyfriend got the same treatment but with a lot of oil & no massage, just a run over with the oil. My friend's toe nail polish is already peeling off and we just left 15 minutes ago. I will NEVER go here again and would HATE for someone to go here for any occasion and get the treatment we got. When I went upfront to try to talk about it with someone, I got ignored by the front desk girl (she was sweet but obviously uncomfortable and didn't know how to handle it) and the entire rest of the staff. Truly a horrible experience & again, I have never in my life complained like this anywhere I've ever gone. Don't waste your money - go literally anywhere else. Anywhere.
