Like all the other reviews, this place is horrible. Everytime I get a pedicure the water gets ice cold from how long I have to wait and they don't care if you are a good customer or not. I have given them many chances and I am officially done. Not one good experience. read more

I have been searching for a nail salon in the area for awhile now. I frequently pass this location and it always seems busy, so despite the previous poor review I thought I would give it a try. Went into the salon and waited awhile (I understand it was busy so I didn't really mind). They finally called me back for a pedicure and put me in the chair...I had to wait..again..so long the water in the chair turned cold. The entire time I just felt rushed. The man didn't bother to ask me if I wanted my nails cut, he just cut them...too short & uneven. Also, he did not paint the front part of my nail, and since they are so short it is obvious. Just to top it off, he was in such a rush he forgot to give me my card back when I paid. Overall, was not the worst pedicure I have had, but I will not be returning. HORRIBLE! Don't go here! Took a piece off the tip of my toe, 3 weeks now & still not healed. As if that wasn't bad enough she burned my face during a lip wax. When I went back the next day to show them, they insisted it was an allergic reaction. read more

Always quick and efficient service at Oriental Nails. Tatiana always does a fabulous job on my mani/pedi and of course eyebrows. Prices are fair and nail techs are all friendly and courteous. This is my new go-to nail salon! read more

Rushed service with pedicure. When I mentioned this, the entire staff began talking and laughing in their language. The owner, Annie, got up from her chair and pointed at me laughing. Overpriced even when not rushing the client. I encourage you to look elsewhere or buy a bottle of polish and save yourself $$$$$! read more

No stars should be a choice. I made an appointment for a powder dip polish change. They put me in a pedicure chair first and I explained I wanted my nails done- that I wanted a similar color, not a pedicure. So they move me to a manicure table and pour acetone into a bowl and tell me to stock my hands in. Absolutely not! I insisted on cotton balls and foil like every other client in there had which they begrudgingly did. Then left me there for forty minutes. I finally removed my dip myself and left. I was appalled at the cleanliness- I observed the person at the table next to me use the same towel and instruments for two consecutive clients (I was sitting there a long time), along with the water you soak in. I will never return, and contemplated reporting them to the board of health. read more

Beautiful nails every time! They have a large selection of colors, regardless of the type of manicure/pedicure you have done. And the massage chairs for pedicures as simply divine! I typically get a mani pedi when I go and have always been beyond satisfied with my experience. I get so many compliments too! read more

I have been here three times I have had a terrible experience every time. The atmosphere of this place is awful. Do not go there to relax. Kids were running up and down the stretch of the salon and there was a dog roaming around. I love kids and dogs but this was just annoying. There was a woman there getting her nails done who really loved the dog and seemed a little kooky. As soon as she left the staff talked about her (not in English), made fun of her and laughed at her. It was obvious who they were talking about. Ridiculous. Took my daughter with me and they made no effort to seat us together. She was done way before me and had to sit and wait. Her nail polish came up very light but they didn't put an extra coat on. The guy who did my nails had horrific cigarette breath. All this AND they are way overpriced. Never going back. read more

Is no star an option? This place was so dirty I had to come home and take a shower. I typically check reviews before I go to these places but I didn't this time. Wish I did! The woman doing my pedicure did a terrible job and she kept burping in my face. Like loud man burps. The people here are rude, it's dirty and they don't do a good job. I'll never be back. read more

Ugh, where do I begin? First of all this place is depressing. There is no conversation, no music playing, no TV; in fact you can hear the clock on the wall ticking. The man doing my nails seemed high or drunk, he was very distracted and seemed very slow in his movements. I was appalled when he went into the drawer and used not one but 3 different cuticle trimmers on me and then put the caps back on them, placed them back in the packaging and then put them back in the drawer! No cleaning whatsoever of the tools - GROSS! He did a dreadful job on my cuticles and my polish didn't make it 2 hours before it chipped. If all of that was not enough, there was a woman asleep in one of the pedicure chairs with a big jacket over her the whole time I was there and she wasn't getting a pedicure. My daughter was with me and her technician nicked her! The Board of Health needs to shut this place down. The technicians are unskilled and the tools are dirty. read more

I got a serious nail fungus from this place. I'm still on medication after 6 months. The older man doing my pedicure was drunk and his finger nails were dirty. Never again! read more

Pedicure and manicure was just ok. The problem is they have NO personality whatsoever. I felt like an intruder. The young girl made absolutely no attempt at conversation. I wasn't even given any cream, nor massage. I've been there quite a few times and will not be going back. read more

today i went with a friend who was treating me for my birthday and was not impressed at all... first of all they had us at completely different sides of the room, 2 they didn't give me the color i asked for, 3 the guy didn't cut my nails down, 4 he cut me multiple times, 5 talked to each other the whole time not one word to me and not one word in English which really ticks me off because i think that is very rude and to top it all off my nails were sticking to my skin i had to peel them up pretty much... needles to say I WILL NOT be going there again read more

My experience here was awful, went to get a pink and white refill and when the guy(from the rio location) didn't speak any English and wasn't filing to fill the white I should have just left. He filed them shorter which I asked for but didn't do them square like I asked. Once he didn't try to fix my nails that were lifting I mentioned that a lot of them were lifting and maybe they should do something with those. After her checked them and removed the ones he saw were lifting there was still another 4 he missed. I had him just take my whole set off and wasn't going to get a new one because he had no attention to detail. He couldn't get the nails off and had me switch to Annie's station. She took my nails off but only the top half of them. I still had pink acrylic in the middle of my nails. She convinced me to let her do one nail to see if I liked the way she did them and when I said they weren't symmetrical and the white was crooked she wiped what wasn't already dry off, leaving all of the pink and charged me to remove the set even tho it wasn't fully off. I will never go back here. This was my second bad experience here. read more

Would give them zero stars if it was possible. Went there to get an eyelashes extension, walked away in tears. It was done so poorly!!! Manager was trying to help saying that it wasn't that bad!! Then when I asked to take it off they said it would damage my eyes. No one ever told it to me before although I mentioned that it was my first time doing extension. I ended up cutting them off myself right there... When I was walking away all stressed out, manager jumped in screaming that it was all my fault and no one gets a free service at there place. She made such a scene screaming on the entire salon that it was all my fault. She couldn't even understand what I was saying to her. I was so embarrassed! I went to this place couple times..and every single time I told myself that I will give it another try(it is closer to my house)...atmosphere is terrible,as soon as I walked in the owner's wife tells me:" Hey,what you need?" Really? Thats how you greet your customers..?Alright they sat me down and I had to wait for 20 minutes while she was on the phone..finally she got back ...it took her about an hour to do gel manicure and plus she overcharged me. it didnt worth $30 ...I can do better myself.
