I let her know that I wanted my hair to grow , so she left the length on, as requested. That was a first. Any other place has always cut all of my hair off! I showed her a picture. Instead she put a toner on my hair. And also put darker low lights. No highlight's of blonde at all. And she said after she blow dried it. I would like it better. No that's not what I asked for or wanted at all!! She also didn't cover my gray hair which is what I wanted. She said it would just grow out in 4 weeks if I had all over color. Said it would lighten up in about 2 weeks after several washings. It hasn't. I was so very upset because I had it done for a special occasion. And it looked worse after going here. I spent over a hundred dollars for nothing!! I tried calling to see if they could help lighten my hair for the special event. I left a voicemail. No one answered that day. It was a Thursday. They only worked until noon the next day so no one even tried to help me. I'm stuck with the worst hair color of my life. I've gone to hair salons for years and I've never had anyone ever not listen to me and do the opposite of what I wanted. I'm so very disappointed. I will not return ever.
