I showed her a picture. Instead she put a toner on my hair. And also put darker low lights. No highlight's of blonde at all. And she said after she blow dried it. I would like it better. No that's not what I asked for or wanted at all!! She also didn't cover my gray hair which is what I wanted. She said it would just grow out in 4 weeks if I had all over color. Said it would lighten up in about 2 weeks after several washings. It hasn't. I was so very upset because I had it done for a special occasion. And it looked worse after going here. I spent over a hundred dollars for nothing!! I tried calling to see if they could help lighten my hair for the special event. I left a voicemail. No one answered that day. It was a Thursday. They only worked until noon the next day so no one even tried to help me. I'm stuck with the worst hair color of my life. I've gone to hair salons for years and I've never had anyone ever not listen to me and do the opposite of what I wanted. I'm so very disappointed. I will not return ever. Hopefully this review will help. And maybe no one else will go through what I did.

There are a lot of stylists who can make you feel uncomfortable, seem a bit judgemental or want to go with their own choices; I've always left an appointment with Jennifer feeling uplifted by the cut, the style, the conversation. Really great stylists do more than just cut hair, they help you find the choices that make you feel good and they make you feel completely safe in the outcome. The cozy environment here does exactly that, and that's why they are always booked pretty solid. It may take you a while to get an appointment, but it is definitely worth it. Once you have this kind of experience, it's hard to go back to anything else. I think every woman has had at least one bad stylist or one bad experience where someone wants to tell you how to do it, or you don't feel comfortable with things coming together; maybe you don't trust the outcome. There is a real reason why people travel for an hour or more to come to this salon. Try it once and you're going to know exactly why.

I opted to leave my name and cell number for them to call me in a half hour when they were ready. I left to grab a bite to eat and never received a call from anyone in the staff. It's been a week later and I'm in the parking lot again remembering how poorly they treated me, so I'm leaving my review. The night of when I was waiting for the call, I realized it had been three hours since I was inside the shop and they were probably beginning to close, these broads never called me. I was only even going to go here for my brow wax because the shop I normally go to, their waxer was unavailable that day so my original shop recommended me to go here to fantastic sams. Nothing was fantastic about any thing .... I will be actively going out of my way to tell people NOT to go here or to their other location either. Whether their energy was racism based, or out of laziness I don't know and don't care to speculate. It was executed so poorly. Rudely. Inattentively. Just do not go here.
