We really wanted to keep the original brass hardware on the house, and instead of trying to sell us on replacing everything, he preserved as much of it as possible while still getting everything working the way it should. Our old house was being a little finicky about letting us inside, and with six exterior doors plus an interior lock we wanted added, it wasn't exactly a small job. Nathan showed up right on time, worked quickly, and had great suggestions for some future door upgrades.
