I feel like he immediately he identified I was stressed to say the least, and immediately put me to ease giving me assurances not only can he fix my key but that he was flexible and able to work within my time frame. Thank you so much! On July 22 we were in flagstaff because our dog had gotten hit by a car. Called Victor because we locked our keys in the car at a viewpoint on 89A between Sedona and Flagstaff. We had called AAA first and they originally told us it would be 41-60 minutes to get someone there. 60 minutes later AAA called back and said it would be another 1 1/2 hours!! I then found Victor online and called him. He said he'd be there in 45 minutes. A few minutes later he called back and said he'd be there in 20 minutes because someone else had canceled. 15 minutes later he showed up and promptly got us in our car. Thank you Victor!! I just got new tires on my old '84 Chevy van and then the tire place guys flooded the engine, doh! So I was running late to meet Victor at the parts store but he was super awesome and met me at the tire place. I had the pleasure of the services of Victor and Sons locksmith today in Flagstaff Arizona. I called AAA and they agreed to pay $150 for a locksmith and then the one they recommended me to wanted to charge me an additional $150 so $300 total I cancelled the AAA call and called Victor and Sons Victor showed up charged me $100 re keyed my Chevy pickup truck he was the nicest man I think I've ever met. Victor saved the day! I locked my keys in my car with my dog in the car and the heat cranked all the way up. In no time at all, I go outside and there's Victor opening my car door.
